This brand new Villa built in June 2006, offers everything that you and your family could possibly need to enjoy a WONDERFUL VACATION OR HOLIDAY at Disney World and the unlimited attractions in the Orlando area. This home is extremely comfortable with all the necessities and amenities.
Aviana Resort, is a private gated community with 24 hr security, located in Davenport, Florida. It's just a short drive to Walt Disney World(15 min) and over 50 golf courses in close proximity, such as Champion's Gate Golf Course, Reunion Golf and Country Club, Providence Golf Course and all of the Disney Courses. With very easy access to Interstate 4, all theme parks, attractions and restaurants in Orlando are at your fingertips (Sea World, Universal Studios, Wet & Wild, International Drive, Gaylord Palms, Cypress Gardens).
The clubhouse has a full fitness center, large heated spa and walk in beach type pool. As well as a sand volleyball court, playground, an 8 station internet library, and a large reservable party room available for Aviana guests.
This home is ideal for large families or families traveling together. Magic Mickey's Villa offers sleeping accommodations for up to ten guests! You will find two master bedrooms, both with king size beds and private bathrooms.
There is a 52 inch TV in the family room. One room is decorated for Mickey! It includes a twin/full bunk bed with Xbox and 27 inch TV. The 4th bedroom is equipped with 2 twin beds. The home has 4 TV's, 2 DVD players, and the game room which is under construction, currently has a dart board and a foosball table.
