My family just returned from staying at this condo for a week. I have nothing but great things to say about it. We have a 1-year old boy and it could not have been better suited for us. There is plenty of room, everything is clean and updated, and you are walking distance to some of the main attractions on South Beach (Lincoln Road, Espanola Way, Ocean Drive, the beach, etc.) My husband was attending a conference at the Miami Beach Convention Center while we were there. The convention center is right across the street, so he was able to walk to and from everyday. The condo is very quiet and perfect if you are looking to stay on the beach but not be in the middle of the hustle and bustle of South Beach and loud nightlife. We actually lived in Miami from 2004 to 2008, so we are familiar with the area. The owner was very easy to work with and provided us with great instructions and information. Overall, great place!

I usually do not rate anything excellent but good is an understatment. This place was very very nice it was the closest to excellent that you can get...we had planned for six to go but ended up with four. We had more than enough space... It's really family oriented if you wanted to stay there with your kids...Publix(grocery store) is in walking distance we did our shopping and walked back to the room many of days...or you can catch a cab back lol...we walked everywhere...Lincoln Rd (shopping and resturants)...collins ave the beach...which lead us to ocean drive (night life). So when you read the descriptions of the place it has all that it says it has and when it says within walking distance it really is...We did catch the bus over to Bayside and that was only $2.00 the buses run all night... Its close to everything we wanted to do. It is also very quiet and a secure place access is granted to those who are staying there. Oh a little side bar no need to pack beach towels because he has plenty of those...It feels like home. It has all that you need. I haven't met the owner in person but our correspondence tells me he is a very nice respectful man. My husband and I enjoyed it because we hadn't had a vacation with just us since our honeymoon in 2008. So this was a much needed stay. We can't wait to come back next year.

I have just returned home after spending 16 lovely days at this apartment. The building is quiet and is walking distance from both Lincoln Road Mall and Ocean Drive. The apartment is spacious and extremely comfortable and a great venue for anyone looking for a comfortable and quiet holiday rental. The owner was very accommodating and helpful and I would recommend this rental.

We were in Florida for the second time and decided to stay in Miami Beach this time. Everything was/is as described and as you can see on the pictures. The booking and check in was very easy and comfortable and communication with the owner was always direct and fast during the booking process even we booked from germany. The condo is a perfect place to have everything in Miami Beach in walking distance or you can take a rental bike (deco bike) within walking distance across the street at the convention centre. In addition the place is perfect to have trips to Orlando, the Keys, Naples etc. as the highway is available in about 7 minutes. The Condo is fully equipped, clean and quite. Our son liked the ice machine the most. Also a vacuum cleaner is available so you can clean the condo yourself in case you stay for a longer period.The pool however had only sun until noon, which was not so important for us as we prefered the beach. We really enjoyed our stay again in Florida and we have no hesitation to recommend this appartment. So see you soon. Best Regards from Hamburg, Germany.
