This is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom pool villa located in a gated conservation area with a magnificent secluded view of the lake, just minutes from Disney and all parks. The home is surrounded by a beautiful green landscape , located on a cul-de-sac with off street private parking. No neighbours across the street, just conservation.
The home is fully furnished with 2 master bedrooms with spacious ensuites, both bedrooms leading directly to the enclosed pool area. There is direct access to one of the ensuites from the patio pool area. The family area is an open plan. The kitchen overlooks the dining area (with a view of the patio pool and lake) and also overlooks the living area. Two more twin bedrooms share their own bathroom.
There is a 42" high definition TV in the living room and TVs in each bedroom, plus a newly created games room for your entertainment. We offer free, unlimited long distance North America calls plus free wireless Internet service.
This is a perfect vacation home away from the busy streets and traffic but still very close to everything you seek in the Disney area. A new and expanding shopping center with grocery store is minutes away. The golfers will soon be on the course with 5 professional golf courses within 5 miles.

The area is known for its superb golfing. There are many amusement parks, including the new Legoland. We have been renting for several years in the Disney area and are now excited to have found our perfect retreat which we wish to make available to you. We have spent many years trying to find the right ammenities to suit two adults with mobility concerns. This home is perfect for us. We were previously renting in an expensive prime resort area as it had the two master ensuites with walk in showers. Now we have these features in our home at the Reserve at Town Center, and can give you the opportunity to enjoy the seclusion of the Reserve and the reasonable accessibility that the villa offers.

This is a beautiful private property and a lovely home. It is more than reasonably priced. Although it can use some minor updates, these do not detract from the comfort and amenities of this residence. We had a marvelous time here and comfortably accommodated our adult family. If we return to this area in the future we will consider renting this property again,if it is available.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+.

An absolute lovely home! It was very quiet, located on an end lot, with a beautiful lake view. When we weren't at Disney, we spent the majority of that time enjoying the lake view from the pool. The house itself had many accommodations that will bring us back for future visits to Disney and the owners were most helpful. An a+ rental home for any vacationer. I would definitely recommend!

We had a lovely week in this house, located in an incredibly peaceful quiet area really nice nature where we saw raccoons,owls,squirrel etc. Can be recommended super good service from the owners.
