Security cameras at gate and private park within subdivision. Private Roads. The home is so close to the water that you can hear the ocean. Walking path near home that within mins. takes you to Alii drive. Amazing ocean views from the property. So close to Alii Drive and the upper highway, yet extremley quiet. You can hear the sounds of the ocean and feel the ocean breezes. Due to the home being in a gated community, there is very little car traffic within the subdivision, especially low car traffic near this home, since it is located near the end of the subdivision. Feel safe and secure with the cameras at entrance/exit recording all who enter subdivision. There are many areas on the property to sit and watch the whales(when in season). The home is 1 mile (approx.) from Kona town. Kona Airport is approx 9 miles from the home.

The home is above the main road within subdivision and the homes on both sides are staggered in elevation to maintain privacy. Vacant land backs up to the rear of the property to give you even more privacy. From the Gazebo, enjoy the tropical garden, mountain and ocean views and incredible sunsets.
The living area is tastefully furnished and includes a 43" flat screen Plasma TV. The masterbedroom has a King Size Numbers Bed mattress by Select Comfort. You can select the softness/firmness of each side of the bed. Ceiling fans are present throughout the home. There are 2 full bathrooms. One in the Master bedroom and the other near the 2 other bedrooms. Within the home is a laundry area with full-size washer and dryer.
The home is located in a very private and quiet part of the subdivision. The home is on just over 1/2 acre of land. There is a attached 2 car garage with additional parking in the driveway and street. This is a wonderful upscale community of newer homes. All homes within the subdivision are on 1/2 acre to 1 acre of land. Go for a jog/walk along the ocean on Alii drive (mins. from the home) and also be close to Kona town! If you want to stay within the subdivision, you can have a great walk on the streets within the subdivision and not worry about encountering many cars.
The home is in a great location, if you want to drive North one day to the Kohala Coast, Hawi, and Waimea. Another day, head south to see the Volcano. A must see!
