PERFECT FAMILY VACATION. Our condo is the perfect family vacation spot. The floor plan of our condo is very unique in the market. The children have their own bunkroom that sleeps four with an LCD/DVD TV down a private hallway. They can play or nap safely and securely in their own room. Great for Mom/Dad and the kids! We even added colorful roasting sticks for evening s'mores at the poolside firepit.
We have just recently added a Margaritaville Frozen Drink Maker! Now you can walk down the beach to Jimmy Buffet's restaurant or to our kitchen for a frozen treat! Makes great snow cones for the kids too. Now, that is a vacation!!
Our condo is fully equipped with washer and dryer, linens and towels, hair dryers for all 3 bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishes for 12 and extra large pots and pans. The living area and the master bedroom offer direct access to the oversized balcony overlooking the sugar white sand beach and Gulf of Mexico, a perfect place to enjoy breathtaking sunsets or a view of the Pier. You can even leave the sliding doors open and listen the ocean waves while you sleep. Heaven!
SNOWBIRDS! Our condo is on a convenient low floor. We have plenty of room and luxury for you - with added room to invite your friends or grandchildren to visit. We even added a shower bench to the oversized walk-in shower for your convenience and comfort.
DADs. You will love our place! The outdoor wine/beer and snack bar has 3 plasma TVs to watch the game while the kids swim in the pool right next to you. And, with the electric grill on our balcony - you can finally stop trekking your BBQ all the way to the public grill and back. And, Dads, did we mention the Margarita maker?
COUPLES. What could be nicer than an ocean side fire pit on a sunset vacation evening. Truly a unique luxury in Panama City Beach.
WORKAHOLICs! This condo definitely has a High Speed Internet Connection (wireless or direct Ethernet cable). Make sure you bring your laptop for a "working" vacation so that you can enjoy the purrrfect ocean view from the balcony, or living room! Shhhh, don't tell your boss.

The condominium itself was fantastic! Exactly as described. Great location on the corner of the building. Loved the grill on the patio, the big pot for boiling shrimp, and the great blender for frozen drinks! Comfortable beds, too. Julie (the owner) was very pleasant and easy to work with. We were there after spring break but before most kids were out of school; so it wasn't too crowded -just perfect. Nearby Pier Park is worth visitng; but it is a little bit of a walk if the weather is hot.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We stayed at the Eichorn's place in July 2009 and it was absolutely perfect! The bunk room was the best for the little ones as they had their own "private retreat" and quiet for us, too! The master bedroom was awesome; especially with it being ocean front and access to the balcony! The staff was very helpful and extremely nice; always a plus. Julie (the owner) was a pleasure to work with...can't say enough nice things about this place and we hope to return next year!
