Plover Place, located in Seagrove Beach, is a Gulf view duplex with east and west side homes only one lot back from the beach. This listing is for the WEST SIDE UNIT ONLY. The west side unit accommodates up to eight guests.
Rent just the west side of the duplex, or rent the east side unit as well to accommodate up to 16 guests. The west side home has two queen-size beds, two, twin-size beds, and a queen-size sleeper sofa.
Take a dip in the large, semi-private swimming pool shared only with guests in the east side of the duplex. Walk to restaurants in Seagrove, or bike to the world-renowned community of Seaside just a mile and a half away.
Seaside is the filming site of The Truman show that starred Jim Carey. With no streets to cross and only a two-minute walk to the sugar-fine white sandy beaches and emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico, Plover Place West is a great rental for families with children to enjoy a relaxing beach vacation.
Personal checks are accepted for payment if received 30 days or more prior to an arrival date. Otherwise, money orders or cashier's checks are other acceptable forms of payment.
