A native of France, I was in my early 20's the first time I went to Cap-Martin. It was love at first sight. The architecture, the clear water, even the smell of the place was calling me.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Although in France, you will never feel totally cut off from home. You will benefit from a full array of modern conveniences such as air conditioning, wi-fi, if you should wish to bring you lap top, and free use of the telephone to about 90 countries including the USA and Canada. The bedding is new and comfortable, the kitchen has been redone and the appliances are new as well. The most impressive feature, however, is the amazing view you will enjoy from the balcony. It is something you will never forget!

We stayed here approximately 10 years ago. The quality of the building is exceptional. The view to the south east into Italy greets your morning on the balcony. Fishing boats go by in the distance and the smell of lavender in the summer is fantastic. We toured Cinque Terre, Menton, Cannes, Nice, Portofino, Firenza, Genoa, Monte Carlo and a must see Eze. All within an easy drive. If I'm not mistaken Eze was in the movie The Bucket List. As you can tell we stayed a while, approximately 2 weeks. The small town behind the park has a butcher, baker, and a grocery store. I would highly recommend renting a car at this location if you want to see a wide area of sites. M, I will be contacting you, we will be looking to come back within the next year.

beautiful view , great apt. facilities, excellent location for exploring the Cote D'Azur, car not necessary, but advisable. we walked to Nice, into Italy ;to plage Mala from, Marquet plage and back.Also up to the castle in Vieux Village. Fantastic views and a wonderful vacation area. the pool here is great, especially after a long walk!!!

Apartment nicer than described! Adjacent well-maintained park provides many comfortable walking paths, boule courts, and ancient olive trees. Apartment is clean and well-organized, and is complete with all equipment necessary for a delightful vacation. Nearby grocery store is operated by most accomodating and pleasant owners. Parking area is very secure and apartment building is well situated for quick access to Mediterranean beach area. The best testimonial I can give is that I fully intend to return to this apartment next year!!!!
