This gorgeous unit is directly on the Gulf of Mexico's sparking white beach! This one bedroom, one bath Westwinds Condo is on the East side of the 8th floor of Sandestin Resort's premier gulf front rental building. It is one of two units in the same building that we own and rent to special guests. You can rent them both for large groups, or rent this one separately. The unit is modern and elegantly furnished. It was totally renovated in February 2008, with granite in the kitchen, all new furniture and furnishings, new window treatments, tile and paint. There is a stack washer/dryer, and all towels and linens are provided. We offer free WI-FI as well. The spacious lanai has a full-on view of the gulf, and overlooks the secluded hot tub with an adjoining waterfull hidden away in the rocks. You can also see the private tiki bar, and very lush landscaping. Just beside the hot tub is the huge lagoon pool, and a kiddie pool unique to the resort. Just walk out through the walkway onto the amazing white baking powder sand beach! A new fitness center has just been added with an amazing view of the pool and Gulf! There are two parking levels, the lower is covered, and security gates assure privacy.

The resort boasts four 18-hole golf courses which now allow junior players to play at a sizable discount with their parents. Many on site restaurants on both the beach side and the bay side of the resort offer a huge variety of choices without ever having to leave the property! A Publix Grocery store, along with many other convenient stores are on site and may be reached by TRAM or golf cart which can be rented during your stay.

The Village at Baytowne Wharf with its many restaurants, new zip line, and Marina offer nightly entertainment and events which will be sure to please everyone in the family. There is a children's play area right across the walkway from Mango's outside restaurant, so you can enjoy adult beverages while the kids play.

HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY – No refunds will be given unless:

1. The National Weather Service order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area" and / or
2. A mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm / Hurricane Warning area of residence of a vacationing guest.

THE DAY THAT THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE ORDERS A MANDATORY EVACUATION ORDER in a “Tropical Storm / Hurricane Warning,” area, we will refund:

1. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered.
2. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted: and
3. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the “Hurricane Warning” period


Please see the calendar and check posted rates before you call. All reservations and information is done via email. We require a refundable $200 deposit to confirm all reservations, Renters must be 25, no pets, no smoking in the unit, no exceptions.
