Adorable 2BR/2BA ground floor condo with pool, dock, 3 TVs, beach chairs, laundry inside unit and locked bicycle storage outside front door. Sleeps 6- one king, 2 twins and a sofa bed in the living room. We occasionally use this condo so it's very clean and comfortable.
It's located in a cul-de-sac at the end of a dead end street so it's very quiet and relaxing. All linens, including shams and quilts, are laundered between guests. The view of the pool and wide, sailboat deep canal is beautiful.
Close to everything. Many of our renters come back year after year.
If you have any special requests please ask. I would like to help make your vacation as easy and relaxing as possible.
Bring your boat! Excellent fishing off of the dock also. $300 refundable security deposit required.
Community is small so there's lots of privacy. Come relax and feel right at home!

This was my 1st longer vacation rental experience. I stayed here for 2 months and enjoyed both the unit and the area......could easily have stayed longer. The unit is bright, airy and well supplied. Beds are comfortable and having wifi is great. The owner is very responsive to questions/concerns but leaves you to your vacation. Overlooking the pool and a canal made it seem like I was in a larger place. You can watch the wildlife from the lanai......even a stray dolphin or 2. I was pleased that the area is primarily an adult one except for visiting grandchildren. It is in a quiet, quiet area and I felt completely safe when I had alone time between visitors. It is also close to everything Punta Gorda has to offer.........and that is a lot!.......art and artists, festivals, entertainment, fresh seafood, great restaurants, close to highways, beaches, shopping and there's a good gym just a few minutes away. There's even a free bike day use program with pick up spots throughout town! There is much to do..........or nothing to do - something for everyone. Another perk for me was discovering the best massage therapist, at Charlotte Massage, I've ever been to - and I've been to many! I found an excellent hair salon, too. The Chamber of Commerce is your best stop early in your visit. The staff is fantastic and there are great city maps etc. I wish there was a very, very good rating!Recommended for: Age 55+.

$300 refundable security deposit required to hold reservation. 50% of rental fee due 60 days before check-in and remaining 50% due 30 days before check-in.
Additional Fees and Taxes:
$2,300 per month, January thru March. Discounts for multiple months. $1,900 for month of April. Call for off-season rates. Rates include all utilities, taxes and cleaning fees.
