  We stayed in this home on our 3rd Florida vacation and 2nd to the Keys. After being a little disappointed in the home we stayed in the prior year and having difficulties getting our deposit back, we were thrilled with both the home itself and the professionalism and courtesy that we experienced with this home and the owner. We are already looking forward to our next trip and have every intention of making this our new regular vacation spot. We love this area of the Keys and plan on an annual visit until we are able to make it our new residence.

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers.

  Found Snowscape when looking for a rental near Big Pine Key. We actually stayed in May 2012 (review wouldn't do correct date). We had vacationed there and knew we liked the area and were familiar with the waterways. Alicia was easy to reach and accomodating from the beginning. Regarding the home, the pictures were right-on and the place was even better and more updated than expected. THe canal is a short boat ride from the Ocean or Gulf. It's deep and wide and our 28 ft boat was easy to turn around. We cooked every night because the kitchen was so nice and where everyone hung out. The master bath is huge and even has a bedet' (spelling). There are kayaks and other outdoor items for your use, also. If you're bringing your boat...this is a perfect place. Bahia Honda is less than 30 mins on the boat and we fished there every day. Looe Key is a reef that is 2-3 miles offshore straight out from Ramrod. Will definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

  We stayed at Snowscape for the month of January, 2012...what a LOVELY home, quick access to the gulf and ocean - great fishing, peaceful and upscale property! We truly felt like we were in Paradise...the amenities were great, with just about anything anyone would need. We loved it and would love to come back next year!

  This was the nicest place we've vacationed at since I can remember!!!! It was very tastefully decorated, immaculate and spacious (rare in the Keys). Beautiful furniture and open living room and kitchen area make it so nice to just relax and forget about what we left behind. The canal was so clean, deep and refreshing. You don't get out because you're cold, you get out because you're pruney or tired or it's getting dark. Comfy beds and fully equipt kitchen! We didn't even have to go out to eat. We didn't want to. We will be back!

  Thank you I had a wonderful time here, with my sister and her husband, they picked it and what a surprise truly. I loved it!!! It is so relaxing and warm. What a wonderful place you have here!! and THank you so much for sharing with us. It's been our most relaxing time ever----We hate having to leave, but look forward to coming back! May be we could trade houses now and then...

  Thank you for sharing with us your beautiful home. We had a wonderful time here. The weather was perfect and the fishing was great. We caught our limit with the lobsters and yellow tails...we also caught 2 dolphins. Had a good time at Boondocks. The 39 cent shrimp was outstanding and Key West was a lot of fun.

  It's hard to believe out time is already up and its tiem to pack our bags. Many thanks for renting us your beautiful home. It's been a great vacation for the two of us and our (infant) 13 months old twins. A few highlights of our trip: 3 visits to Bahia Honda State Park A boat ride to and from Pigeon Key A sunset cruise on the Western Union Schooner from Key West Swimming and fishing in the canal Best of all was the opportunity to disconnet and relax "Keys style" Best Regards,

  Our stay was very enjoyable at the house. We went fishing and kayaking. Having the canal right outside was very nice. All the neighbors were very welcoming and happy to help us. Hopefully we will be coming back soon! PS Checkout Duffys in Key West (Steak and Seafood)

  We had such a wonderful time thanks for sharing your beautiful house with us. We stayed one week wiht good freinds from NH and also by ourselves. We had a great time. The fishing was great!
