Welcome to our sunny getaway home! This recently purchased 3400 square foot home is located in the prestigious Anthem Country Club directly on the 14th fairway of the Persimmon Course. The back of the home faces west and has a wonderful view of the fairway, city and mountains and provides brilliant sunsets during the evening.
The outstanding Community area and park offers first class amenities. The park offers day and night-lit Tennis courts, outdoor Basketball, outdoor Volleyball, Skate Park, Roller Hockey Rink, Catch & Release Bass Fishing, Walking Paths, Pavillions, Soccer Fields, Baseball Fields and a Train for the smaller kids. The State of the Art Fitness Facilities are available for extended stay guests and they include a state of the art Water Park, Pools, Indoor Rock Climbing Wall, Indoor Basketball and a state of the art fitness facilities.
Guests will have access to (2) fully equipped fitness centers (group exercise) and two pools via the Persimmon and Ironwood Country Clubs for a small daily fee. Guests are able to use the clubhouse facilities at a $10/day charge per person or $4/day charge per person to use the clubhouse pool only. The use of these facilities is limited to only two weeks during your stay.
The golf courses are closed to guest use unless accompanied by the owner or renting for 6 months or more but with over 25 other golf courses located within a 30 minute drive of Anthem you won't have a hard time find a place to go. A few of the close by courses are marked on our map listed below and are fairly easy to get on and are nice courses for play.
Our home comfortably sleeps 6 people. One of our bedrooms is decorated and set up for kids and there is a trundle bed that pulls out easily for 3 to stay in this room. The jack and jill bathroom leads to a second bedroom with a queen bed.
The master is quite large with a king bed and sofa area to sit and relax away from the family rooms. The walk-in closet could be a room of it's own! There is also a higher end sofa bed in the master bedroom to squeeze additional family members in.
If pushed to the limit the home could easily sleep 11 without anyone having to blow up a mattress! Main living room has a nice pool table with a sitting area next to a bar to play games or read.
Lastly, is the High End Cinema Room! We have turned the Den into a Home Theatre Room with a 100" Screen with a High Definition LCD Projector. There is a sectional that has a pullout Full Mattress for overflow guest accomadations.
We have made this a very nice place for us, as well as others to stay. We hope that you will appreciate the nicer accommodations and will take care of our place as if it were your own. Please NO PETS and NO SMOKING. High Def Cable, High Speed Internet, and Local Phone are included. Monthly rentals pay Gas and Electric.

Why the Owner Chose Anthem
After looking at several planned community development in the phoenix and surrounding areas we fell in love with the Anthem Country Club. It's a well established community with wonderful amenities for adults as well as children. It's a quiet neighborhood in general and is well kept. It's a hop, skip, and a jump to head down there for a four day weekend and that makes it convenient for us, especially during the Northwest winter season.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We have set up our home as a miniature resort. We have the outdoor pool with hot tub, the indoor pool table and dart room. We have several large screen TVs to enjoy movies. We also have the 100" screen in the theatre room with a blue ray player and sony playstation 2 and that is a real nice way to enjoy time without having to spend an arm and a leg at a theatre. More in the works with an outdoor fireplace and kitchen beneath a pergola when we get the permits and plans done.
Located a little more than an hour north of Anthem is Sedona (80 miles). It is a breath taking entry way to the rocks and valleys of the Grand Canyon. I-17 North to Exit 298
Nearly five million people see the 1 mile deep (1.6 km) Grand Canyon each year. I-17 North about 190 miles or 3.5 hours
