Very nice 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in the Shanty Creek Resort, located in the Vista Del Verde II Complex on the second tee of the Schuss Mountain Golf Course. The Cross Country Ski Trail runs right past this unit! This is the newest built condo at Schuss :-)
This lower unit has no stairs (maybe just one?) to slow you down. Look straight down the fairway from the wood deck or great room. Great location walking distance to the main lodge, indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, restaurants and shopping. Very tastefully decorated with a corner fireplace below the TV. Private bath off the master bedroom. Hardwood floors.
Experience Schuss Mountain – the best Family Ski Hill in Michigan. Try your hand at the thrills on the Longest Extreme Tubing Run in Northern Michigan or relax by the gas fireplace in your own private getaway.
Golfers will enjoy the seven championship courses including the Schuss Mountain Course (just out your back door), the new Cedar River course designed by Tom Weiskopf, the award winning Legend designed by Arnold Palmer or the near by Hawks Eye designed by John Robinson. Courses are open from Mid April through late October.
The resort and surrounding area also include beautiful Torch Lake and a private beach club on Lake Bellaire. Boat, pontoon and jet-ski rentals are available at the local marinas. The Shanty Creek Resort is very family oriented with daycare and kids programs available year round.

We had a wonderful time celebrating our 10 anniversary! This condo is beautiful, clean and charming. The decor is perfect and the views of the golf course are gorgeous.
