This roomy home has an amazing 180 degree unobstructed view and is right across the street from beautiful Sail Bay (West part of Mission Bay) with it's miles and miles of boardwalks along the bay and ocean. Explore by strolling along on foot or on our 4 adult and 2 children's complimentary bicycles! There is also a young children's playground about a half mile down the boardwalk. SeaWorld is only 1 mile away and you can watch the fireworks in the summer and New Years Eve. The sunsets are fantastic!

This comfortable, bright and roomy house is fully furnished for your vacation needs and will sleep 8. The first bedroom has a Queen bed and a fabulous view! The second bedroom has two twin beds and the third very large bedroom has two queen beds. One bath is a tub shower combination and the other has an all glass walk in shower. Enjoy spending your evenings in the extra large backyard barbecuing on our gas grill with your family and friends while the little ones play on the grass. Two outdoor tables with seating for 8. It's rare to find such a large property just feet from the water for such a reasonable price!

  • Just outstanding! The property was exactly as advertised on the web and was even nicer in real life. The view is outstanding, the furniture is comfortable, and everything needed was provided. We loved grilling out and eating in the back. I'll never stay in a hotel in San Diego again! By the way, Jeremy and Nancy are GREAT to do business with.

  • We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. You've done a great job of renovating this adorable house. We were in town for the boat races in the bay and were able to walk and ride the provided beach cruiser bikes (what a blast) everywhere we wanted to go. The house was very well stocked, loved the backyard for BBQing. We will definitly be booking a return stay

  • We were just down your way August 23-30 and had a wonderful times in your home. it was well stock with everything me and my three girls needed. Very close to stores,water and Sea World. We were able to do everything and then come home to a place that we really enjoyed. The weather was great and the beach was outstanding. We will for sure tell all of our friends about you, and are looking forward to staying in your apartment in Paris the first of the year. we will be coming back to San Diego and look forward to staying at one of your home again. Wonderful Place.

  • Thank you for a good place to stay. We very much enjoyed our time together as a family. The bay always provided beautiful vistas, the children enjoyed the close, quiet beach (and I enjoyed being able to be in the shade while they were in the sun). It was especially nice that Sea World provided the fireworks for us every evening! The house was clean and well supplied and we felt welcome and comfortable. I will indeed recommend this rental to my friends if they are looking for a place in San Diego. Who knows, I may use it again myself, or investigate some of your other locations. Mmmmm. Paris anyone?   • WOW - what an experience! The 3327 Riviera property was incredible! Beautiful views, spacious living quarters and abundantly stocked necessities! The backyard was perfect for outside eating! Washer and dryer were convenient as was the Wifi! This was not our first time with Nancy's Vacation Rentals and definitely won't be the last! Thanks Team Nancy!!

  • This house was great, we certainly would recommend it to family, friends and total strangers. The sail bay beach is right across the street and down a set of steps. Having rented on the ocean front before, this house was much more oriented to family activities with its yard and great layout. The home was perfect for our needs. The bicycles were fun to ride and there are miles of boardwalk to ride them on around the bay and on the ocean boardwalk. Please contact me if you have any questions, we had 6 adults and a toddler there for a week of fun.

  • ALL beds (mattresses) need significant upgrades in quality- and the plastic mattress pad is a real nuisance. The location was convenient, although traffic on Riviera Drive is significant. -We are awaiting return of our $500 security deposit.
    
    Homeowner Response:
    All beds have been upgraded and we never charged any security deposit on his card so there is nothing to return. He is used to people charging the security deposit but we prefer to just hold the credit card number on file and only use it if there is a problem which is very rare. It saves us a lot of work returning all those deposits. Nancy Kramer

This home has served as a family vacation paradise since it was last purchased. The current owners decided to transform it into a vacation rental and made it available for it's first guest in August, 2008.
