This home is located on beautiful, 2600 acre Shell Lake. Shell Lake is great for swimming, fishing, and is well known for sailing. Our house is one story with large windows facing the lake. There is a walk out patio right off the dining living area. The lot is 250 feet of sandy shoreline and is located on a peninsula. Sunsets over the water are stunning. You can launch your boat in town and keep it at our dock. The dock stays in until late October to accommodate excellent fall fishing.
Area fall colors are beautiful and there are fall activities in many nearby towns. Stone Lake's Cranberry Festival is only 20 minutes away. There are excellent nearby cross country and snowmobile trails and the Birkie is only 40 minutes away. Ice fishing is a popular sport on Shell Lake. Spring brings wildflowers and bird watching on nearby hiking trails. Small rural nearby roads are excellent for the bike enthusiast. Summer offers all the activities you would expect on a northern Wisconsin lake. But don't forget to leave time for relaxing. This house is convenient to get to and very easy to care for and just hang out and enjoy.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
$600/Weekend (3 night stay) (Thurs., Fri., Sat. or Fri., Sat., Sun.}
$1200/week.
$300 security deposit, will be returned within 2 weeks of stay.
If you want to stay a 4th night an additional $150 is charged.
Monthly stays are welcome, please inquire if interested.
