This is a newly renovated 3-4 Bedroom and 3 Bathroom home in the Northern Cherry Grove Beach Area. You can spend your mornings at the beach and enjoy the afternoon sun at your private pool. While relaxing at the pool, watch your friends and family depart from your private docks (you bring the wave runners).

If the crowded beaches aren't your preference, go take in the rays at one of the islands minutes away up the channel. Unload your boat and waverunners at the end of 53rd at the public boat ramp (no more than a few hundred yards away). The lower level incorporates the features needed for beach-combers of all ages - wet bar; Plasma TV; Audio library; and a Gaming system with over 30 games.

If a relaxing evening outdoors is what you are looking for, we have you covered - grab a drink and take in the summer breezes on the (covered and uncovered) decks. Not water-logged for the day? Put on your favorite tunes and bring in the night by the pool. When it is time to come in, grab a movie on one of the Plasma HDTVs or play games around the large dining table (8+ people). Each bedroom is equipped with pillow-top mattresses so you rest just as hard as you play...

  • Smoking Not Allowed: Absolutely no smoking allowed inside the home. If you would like to smoke, there is ample space outside in order to do so. Please pick up the butts in order to not trah the outside area. There are no exceptions to this rule.

  • Just returned from staying a week at this home and could not wait to post my comment. We have stayed in many houses along Cherry Grove and by far this was the BEST house we have ever stayed in - we LOVED it. Everyone in our family was entertained - whether it was relaxing poolside with the outside sound system, on the dock fishing and crabbing, or inside with all the technology and amenities. The home is clean and welcoming with a great floor plan. The canal has a relaxing view from the top deck and the beach is a just short walk away. The owner was awesome to work with and we look forward to renting this house for many more years to come.
