Located 10 minutes to skiing at Sol Vista, 25 minutes to Winter Park, and 20 minutes to Rocky Mountain National Park, this quiet home is the perfect retreat within minutes of numerous activities. Some of the country’s best snowmobiling is located nearby. Enjoy activities such as hiking, cross country skiing, and wildlife viewing on the property or in nearby Arapahoe National Forest. World class fly fishing is minutes away. Soak in natural hot springs at Hot Sulfur Springs Resort - located just 15 minutes away.
