  We had an absolutely fabulous month staying at this condo. The suite is huge and very well appointed. The King Master bed was so comfy that we had many a long, restful sleep during our stay. The kitchen was well equipped and we had many a tasty meal there. We spent most of our time on the beach, which by the way is spectacular, excellent for those long beach walks! Having the complex so close to the beach was a plus and made the walk over a breeze. Sunsets on the rooftop terrace were breath-taking. The condo complex is clean, well-kept and modern and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We mastered the bus system and managed to travel back and forth to PV and Bucherias with ease. We would highly recommend this unit as well as the condo complex. The unit would be perfect for a family or 2 couples to share as there is plenty of space. We would not hesitate to rent again from the owners!

  What a wonderful place to spend the holidays. This nicely decorated, furnished, and stocked condo was perfect for a relaxing vacation at the beach and pool. The fine, sandy beach was perfect for walking and the waves were gentle enough for everybody to enjoy wave hopping. The listing accurately describes the property and the amenities. I would certainly recommend this property and would love to return.

  We had an excellent stay at Nitta. The 2 minute walk to the beach is a great way to start your day. The restaurant on the beach called Etc. serves excellent margarita's and tasty snack foods. Watching the sunset from the roof top at Nitta is specticular. We look forward to a return visit soon.

  Owner response: Thanks for your great comments. I'm glad you enjoyed how actually close you are to the ocean, without "being" on the ocean. Many people don't realize that the Nitta complex is actually closer than many condos that "are on`the ocean. Hope to have you return with us at the Nitta or another of of high end condos.

  We absolutely loved the Nitta condo we rented for ten days in February. In the past we have always vacationed all-inclusive style, so this was a new experience for us, and it was soooo worth it!! Having meals on our patio each morning was so peaceful; the pool was awesome and the beach was fantastic as well! We enjoyed dinners out at different places each night, which was great! The condo was better than we expected - the pictures don't do it justice. It was spacious and clean - the staff were helpful as well! We highly recommend this place (just don't take our spot...) Thanks again - we plan to return soon!!

  We enjoyed our stay at Nitta, it is beautiful, very nice place. If I’m able to return to PV next year I will be looking to stay at your place again.   We enjoyed our stay very much ­ the appartment is very spacey, nicely furnished with all the things you need (big tv, dvd, dishwasher, washer,dryer etc...), the bathrooms are very big and the beds comfortable, reallyThe kids loved going to the beach and the pool, so did we, every day well equipped thanks to the beach chairs, umbrellas and boogieboards as well as the loads of beach towels!!! Thank you again, I am glad I found your appartment on VRBO! We will definitely be back!!

  Extremely nice! just as you said it would be... lots of amenties in the room, airconditioning everywhere, big fluffy towels, and a real comfortable king bed!! - pool was very comfortable and right near the beach.. even had spices and things in the cupboards...big shower, nice little deck, wish I could have had time to use the BBQ... thanks
