This large, 6-bedroom home is a Non-Smoking home and part of Nauset Haven on Ministers Pond; a charming, waterfront vacation spot for the family. Perfect for Reunions! 9 Cottages share the property. If the house is not enough room for your reunion, you can rent a cottage as well. (We can put you in touch with the cottage owners). Tall pines hug the shoreline of a 21 acre fresh water pond. Fish, boat, or swim off our private dock. Bask in the sun or shade on our sandy beach. All this just a minutes walk from our home. You can enjoy access to the entire Cape from our location in historic Eastham. 25 minutes from Provincetown, 5 minutes drive from Wellfleet and Orleans. The house has a fully-equipped kitchen with powder room opening to a sunny breakfast room. A comfortable living room and dining room can accommodate 12 people. First floor has a powder room off of the kitchen, two bedrooms, one being a master bedroom (Queen bed) with bath; the 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms and a full bath. First bedroom has a queen bed, second and third bedrooms have 2 twin beds each, and fourth bedroom has queen bed with double size futon. Out the back door is a large deck with lg. deck table and space for sunbathing. Basketball, shuffleboard, batmitton and small children's playground complete the common area. A short hop down the wooded path brings you to our property's private beach. Swim, sunbathe or fish off of our dock. Row boats available free of charge for guests.

Why the Owner Chose Eastham
We had been vacationing in Eastham on the Nauset Haven property for 5 years when the house went
up for sale. We decided to go for it and buy it. 7 years later we are still vacationing
here with our family and friends. It's beauty, diversified activity and "off the beaten-path" appeal has always been desirable to us. We thought other families would discover it and love it also.

This is the second year we have rented the "big house" at Nauset Haven. We have not been disappointed. The owners are terrific and very helpful. The home was clean and well stocked. The only issue we had this year was the parking situation. We think that people who are not renting here are using the parking lot for other purposes. The home is centrally located and VERY WELL MAINTAINED. It is spacious and inviting. We would recommend this home to anyone interested in taking in the sites and sound of Cape Cod. We will be back again and again.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children.
