This large, 6-bedroom home is a Non-Smoking home and part of Nauset Haven on Ministers Pond; a charming, waterfront vacation spot for the family. Perfect for Reunions! 9 Cottages share the property. If the house is not enough room for your reunion, you can rent a cottage as well. (We can put you in touch with the cottage owners). Tall pines hug the shoreline of a 21 acre fresh water pond. Fish, boat, or swim off our private dock. Bask in the sun or shade on our sandy beach. All this just a minutes walk from our home. You can enjoy access to the entire Cape from our location in historic Eastham. 25 minutes from Provincetown! The house has a fully-equipped kitchen with powder room opening to a sunny breakfast room. A comfortable living room and dining room can accommodate 12 people. First floor has two bedrooms, one being a master bedroom (Queen bed) with bath; the 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms and a full bath. First bedroom has a queen bed, second and third bedrooms have 2 twin beds each, and fourth bedroom has queen bed with double size futon. Out the back door is a large deck with lg. deck table and space for sunbathing. Basketball, shuffleboard, batmitton and small children's playground complete the common area.
