Ultimate privacy for all. When you enter the foyer, you will find a bedroom on either side of the foyer, each with a TV, VCR/Dvd. Both have two full-size beds and full bath. From that point forward you will enjoy full Ocean Front from every location. The condo has a fully equipped Kitchen, Awesome laundry Room.
The Large Master Bedroom has a King Bed, TV/DVD. Large Bath with 2 sinks, Oversized Shower, Jacuzzi Tub, lavatory area. Step outside to enjoy the Private Hot Tub.
In the center is a Formal Dining Room, and to the left is a FULL-SIZE KITCHEN equipped with a built in microwave, oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, side by side refrigerator with external water and Ice in lower drawer. Fully equipped.
Forward from the Dining Room is the Family sitting area, with leather sofa and love seat TV and Dad's recliner. To the left is the Breakfast area with additional sitting room. Step outside onto the balcony where you will find a table and chairs with ample additional seating to enjoy the Ocean, directly overlooking the pool.
Your vacation home has a intercom system, digital air and heat, separate hot water for the kitchen and baths, totally equipped for fire safety. The entire condo is tiled. I think you will find all the amenities you would expect! YOU ALSO HAVE 1 ENCLOSED PARKING SPACE! additional parking on upper deck.

Why the Owner Chose Hidden Dunes
Hidden Dunes is located on the quite end of the Beach, easy access to Resturants, Captain Andersons, Treasure Ship, Kids favorite CC'S Pizza and many more. You are also very near to Walmart, just get there early! Publix and Winn Dixi. You don't have to get in the 1 lane traffic to get any where. About 7 miles to the Beautiful Pier Park, you must visit, and about 2 miles to St Andrews State Park.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
When you arrive you don't have to get out in the weather to check in, just pull under the cover connected to the Office. When you enter the cond such a beautiful view, all glass front. Nice also to have a Cabana connected to the pool area with tables and celing fans, just to escape the sun. All of this is just as close to the Ocean as you can get. We just love the awesome space and privacy.
