Great location and tremendous space!

We had an enjoyable week. The condo was very nice and the 2300sq ft was wonderful. Everyone had their own space. The property was well maintained, employees were helpful and the fitness center was adequately supplied. It was located on a quiet section of Thomas Drive, but convenient to all attractions and restaurants. We would definitely go back and recommend this property to our friends and family.

AWESOME VACATION!!

I just want to say that we could not have asked for better accommodations at the beach. For the size group that we had, there was plenty of room for everybody, with space to spare! Everything was exactly as depicted, but pictures actually did not do the condo justice. It was even more lovely in person. It was gorgeously decorated and so bright and spacious. The glass all across the back overlooking the beach was just what we needed to bring it all to life! The kitchen was huge and room for all the cooks that felt like participating! Joyce was awesome to work with, always prompt with any questions I had during the rental process. She is so pleasant and very friendly. Unfortunately we were not able to enjoy the hot tub because we couldn't get the jets to come on, even after having the security guy take a look, but it wasn't a big deal, we had plenty of other things to occupy our time. The balcony was humongous with plenty of seating, as was the dining room. We had everything we could ask for in this unit and then some!! The check in process was very smooth and the staff on sight were professional and extremely courteous. We loved being the first condo to the left after stepping off the elevator, as this made it very easy when coming and going. The covered parking space was an added plus so the car wasn't scorching hot. Everything was close by if you didn't feel like driving very far. For seven days, we experienced rain only one day, so we couldn't have asked for better weather. And that day we took the kids to "Wonderworks" and enjoyed it thoroughly. I would not hesitate to recommend this vacation spot if you need a fantastic place to stay on your next trip to Panama City. I would definitely consider it again in the future, particulary for a large group (I am envisioning a fun "girls" trip next time). You will not be disappointed in the least. It is truly "Just Another Day In Paradise", as the sign on the door states! Thank you Joyce and Dallas for sharing your home away from home with us beach bums! You should be very proud of what you have there. WE LOVED IT AND HATED TO LEAVE!

The wide balcony is great as well as the glass all across the condo, we love the glass storm door as you enter the condo, makes it so open, don't like a closed in feeling. This condo has beautiful decor, an amazing view of the beach and not a speck of dust anywhere! The owner even called to see if we were happy or needed anything when we arrived. The kitchen is large and has everything you need if you never want to leave but all of the popular restuarants and Pier Park are only 10 min. away if you do. We enjoyed beginning each day with coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean. You won't be dissapointed! Wonderful family vacation

We just arrived home last night and we are ready to go back. Thank you Dallas and Joyce for sharing your wonderful condo in PCB Florida. Our family had a great stay. It was a pleasure working with you. The description of the condo is exactly as stated, beautiful, clean, very well appointed, loved the layout and had a fantastic view of the beach. Saw dolphins from the balcony most mornings. We went to the nearby Marina and watched them bring in their catch. Next time we come we will be chartering a fishing trip. The boys enjoyed the go-carts and mini golfing just down the road. Thunder Beach motorcycle rally was going on during our stay and we got to see some incredible motorcycles and enjoyed some music. There was plenty to do here. We enjoyed the condo so much we are looking into buying a unit in the same building. Welcome to paradise!!

Absolutely Breathtaking

We rented the condo for my mother’s 50th birthday. All I can say if this place is absolutely breathtaking. It large enough so everyone can have their own space. Everything you can imagine is there for you. The staff at the Hidden Dunes was very helpful (Gene is awesome). We loved sitting on the deck listening to the wave’s crash. The beach had gorgeous white sand and the water was an amazing blue. I have already started planning booking our next vacation. Joyce your home is beautiful :)

Great Vacation Condo

My husband & I have been vacationing in PCB since the 70's and this condo was the best one yet. It's roomy and decorated beautifully. It was nice to have the laundry room instead of a closet. In the past we had to do ironing either in the bedrooms or living room. One of my special pleasures was sitting in the hot tub on our balcony and seeing the stars. The kitchen is well equipped and the fridge is large enough to accomondate the food for a large group. There is also a pantry closet to store your groceries out of sight. Could never list all of the benefits of this place. We loved it. We plan to stay there again if we are able to book it. Hope we get our dates for next year's vacation settle in time fo get our name for this one for 2011.

We stayed at this amazing place in Sept 09 with my family and my wife's parents. Everyone enjoyed it and could not believe the size and view from anywhere in the condo. We have been dying to go back. In fact that's why I'm finally writing the review because we're ready to plan our next vacation and I was back on this website. Joyce is an amazing host. Book now you won't be disappointed (just don't book the week we plan on going back).

This unit is the best. My family has stayed in this unit for the past three years and it is great Dallas and Joyce keep it well maintained and are wonderful people to rent from. Other family and friends have stayed in at least 4 other units and this is by far the cleanest and most well maintained! Give Joyce and Dallas a call and please keep the unit just as nice as it was when you got there--it helps that the renters in this unit treat it like it is their own home as well!!!

You can't go wrong with this property. We were sceptical in the beginning because we've been burned on previous vacations. Mary was very helpful, ALWAYS returned phone calls and answered questions/concerns. Also, there was no pressure selling during communications. When we opened the doors to the condo, it far exceeded our expectations. We didn't want to leave 7 days later, even with 2 days of very bad weather. Kids and grandkids(2,8,14,17,18,19) loved it.Plenty of space for all of us.

Dear Joyce & Dallas, Once again, we love the condo and our vacation at PCB Florida. We are making so many memories each year at the condo. We can't wait to get there and we hate to leave. Our vacation was great, the weather was wonderful, the kids had fun jet skiing, we saw alot of dolphins every morning and on Friday morning we saw about a 6 foot Hammerhead shark from the balcony. We had so much fun and counting the days until next years vacation at the condo. Thanks for eveything and giving my family the opportunity to have so many wonderful memories.
