ULTIMATE PRIVACY for all. When you enter the foyer, you will find a bedroom on either side, each with a TV, VCR/DVD, TELEPHONE, PRIVATE BATH, and each has two full-size beds. From that point forward you will enjoy FULL OCEAN FRONT from every location.

In the center is a Formal Dining Room, and to the left is a FULL-SIZE KITCHEN equipped with a microwave, convection oven, and conventional oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, side by side refrigerator with external ice and water. Fully equipped, Also to the left is the laundry room complete with large washer, dryer, sink, iron and ironing board.

Forward from the Dining Room is the Family sitting area, with leather sofa and love seat TV and Dad's recliner. To the left is the Breakfast area with additional sitting room. Step outside onto the balcony where you will find a table and chairs with ample additional seating to enjoy the Ocean, directly overlooking the pool.

To the right is the MASTER BEDROOM, with king-size bed, Dvd, TV,Telephone, large bath with double vanity sinks, Jacuzzi Jetted Tub, separate shower and private lavatory, with walk in closet. Step outside to the Balcony and enjoy your own private Hot Tub.

Your vacation home has a intercom system, digital air and heat, separate hot water for the kitchen and baths, totally equipped for fire safety. The entire condo is tiled. I think you will find all the amenities you would expect! YOU ALSO HAVE 1 ENCLOSED PARKING SPACE! additional parking on upper deck.

  • This unit is the best. My family has stayed in this unit for the past three years and it is great Dallas and Joyce keep it well maintained and are wonderful people to rent from. Other family and friends have stayed in at least 4 other units and this is by far the cleanest and most well maintained! Give Joyce and Dallas a call and please keep the unit just as nice as it was when you got there--it helps that the renters in this unit treat it like it is their own home as well!!!

  • You can't go wrong with this property. We were sceptical in the beginning because we've been burned on previous vacations. Mary was very helpful, ALWAYS returned phone calls and answered questions/concerns. Also, there was no pressure selling during communications. When we opened the doors to the condo, it far exceeded our expectations. We didn't want to leave 7 days later, even with 2 days of very bad weather. Kids and grandkids(2,8,14,17,18,19) loved it.Plenty of space for all of us.

  • Dear Joyce & Dallas, Once again, we love the condo and our vacation at PCB Florida. We are making so many memories each year at the condo. We can't wait to get there and we hate to leave. Our vacation was great, the weather was wonderful, the kids had fun jet skiing, we saw alot of dolphins every morning and on Friday morning we saw about a 6 foot Hammerhead shark from the balcony. We had so much fun and counting the days until next years vacation at the condo. Thanks for eveything and giving my family the opportunity to have so many wonderful memories.
