Middle bedroom offers queen bed and full bathroom with shower only. There is also a half bath and laundry room on this floor. Off the living area is a covered deck overlooking the pool area and offers seating for 8. Walkway leads to outdoor grilling area with fridge, sink, wet bar and additional seating for 4.

Across the courtyard is the in-law suite offering queen bed, TV/DVD, and full bathroom with step in shower.

Upper level offers master suite with king bed, private deck, TV, DVD Player and master bathroom with his/hers closets, double vanity, Jacuzzi tub and step-in shower. There is also another bedroom with 2 twin beds and full bathroom with tub/shower combination.
