This was our second visit to the La Quinta area and found this to be such a beautiful spot. Pool is so close it feels like your own!! Condo had absolutely everything we needed and was very spacious for our family. Short walk to the resort area/restaurants/gym was fabulous! Highly recommend!

My husband and I along with our two sons stayed during the Indian Wells tournament and had a fantastic time. The condo is located very close to the La Quinta Resort and we enjoyed walking through the beautiful grounds. The pool is right behind the unit, but sheltered enough that you have plenty of privacy on your patio which includes a nice gas BBQ. We had steaks while enjoying the mountain view. We were close to all three tennis courts and we had no trouble reserving them. One of my sons is into rock climbing and we were just 45 minutes from Joshua Tree, one of the best National Parks for rock climbing in the USA. The unit was spacious and had everything we needed. We had a local manager who was quick to respond to our questions and was was very helpful with our stay. We will definitely stay here again.

My family stayed here for a week and enjoyed every minute until it was time to leave. We have been coming the same week for years, and this is the best home we have rented. The listing perfectly described the location, which was of prime importance for us. Located in Santa Rosa Cove with La Quinta Resort a few minutes walk, a swimming pool literally out the back door, golf, tennis, walking, biking, and hiking It doesn't get any better than that! And the price was right too! I would definitely recommend this property and already have. We liked it so much that we have already reserved it for the same time next year.

We have been renting condo's in Santa Rosa for years. This is one of the best deals we have found in there! Why spend the money on a hotel when you can rent a 3 bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, a great living room to hang out in and patio with BBQ for less. The pool and tennis courts are just a few feet from the back door.We usually bring our bikes to ride to Starbucks in the morning or over to the resort for drinks by the fireplace in the evening. It's great to have the famous LaQuinta resort so close. Condo Bob-the property manager-was great to quick to response to any questions we had. The condo is accurately described and clean.

Our family of 4 recently stayed in this lovely condo and it was just great! There was space for everyone, and almost everything was at our fingertips! The kitchen (overlooking the patio and green space) was perfect, and we really enjoyed the patio and BBQ. With kids having laundry was really helpful. Before we arrived, I had been curious about the pool and how close it was, and it is even closer than it looks - it really is just across the lawn, and hardly anyone used it besides us. We walked to the La Quinta Resort several times, it's really just a short walk away. Super stay!

Our family of four recently stayed at this condo and we were really happy with everything. The unit is bright and spacious; each of our boys had their own bedroom so everyone slept in a bit longer(!) We also loved that the pool was literally across the green space. The amenities at the resort were all within easy walking distance as well. Great barbecue, great new fridge with ice/water dispenser too!

Excellent location and a great value. My family has a wide range of ages and we all enjoyed our stay very much. The owner & caretaker were very friendly and easy to work with. A swimming pool and hot tub are right next to the patio plus there is all that La Quinta has to offer. Will return!

Stayed for only 1 week. Didn't want to leave, my girlfriend was actually depressed when we were packing our things to head out. HIghly recommend this property especially considering the price. Super close to the pool, friendly neighbors, great views, PLENTY of space, home-like amenities... You wont want to leave.

I recently stayed at this home for the second time, and I must say that it gets better each and every time. The price is perfect, and the owner makes all communication and transactions easy as can be. The house is spacious and the location ideal. It makes for a perfect getaway for anyone. It's close enough to shopping and activities, and once you're stocked with all your needs, there's really no reason to leave. A major bonus is that the communal pool is no more than a hundred paces from the porch. I make this home my direct destination for whenever I travel to the dessert.

Relaxing and Comfortable Desert Retreat

My husband and I would definitely stay here again. The unit was light and spacious, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. There were plenty of windows with nice views of the mountains and grounds. This was a very quiet and relaxing place to stay. In addition, the owner was always responsive to any inquiries we had.

Great place to stay for the tournament. Quiet and the adjacent pool was rarely used. We had the spa to ourselves in the evenings. Very clean and the 'FRIEND-MANAGER" was very helpful and easygoing. Would most definitely rent this unit again.

From the very beginning of the inquiry process up until checking out the owner was very friendly, helpful and easy to deal with. The entire rental process could not have been easier or smoother. The property amenities were exactly as described in the listing and the condo was even more charming in person. The Santa Rosa Cove neighborhood is set in a beautiful location right against the hillside and was just close enough to the local shopping center to access it easily as needed but still provided the feeling of being away from “the city.”The décor in both the condo and neighborhood were perfectly fit to the surrounding dessert area without being too overwhelming like many vacation properties tend to be. The pool/Jacuzzi area was right outside the back patio and since there are so many located around Santa Rosa Cove, we were able to essentially enjoy this one as our own private pool. The property is within a short distance of the Polo Grounds which makes it a perfect option for Coachella/Stagecoach Festivals and in our case Festival 8. After spending a perfect weekend here we are now trying to find any excuse we can to return. I would not hesitate to recommend to friends/family and we will definitely be back to stay here again.The entire experience could not have been more perfect for us.
