This beautiful newly renovated villa is situated in the peaceful development of Clear Creek, on Highway 27, Clermont, just 8 miles from the Disney area.
The villa features five bedrooms (with two master suites), three full baths and can comfortably accommodate 12 people. Entire villa has been furnished with brand new luxury furniture and completed with high quality linens. Complete kitchen and dining facilities are provided for your convenience. Free wireless hi-speed Internet, free local and international (most countries are included) phone calls are also available for your communication requirement. The 360 square foot south facing private swimming pool and extended deck will provide more relaxing time for you and your family.
The Villa is located in the Clear Creek estate, Clermont, FL, a quiet neighborhood of similar homes with mixture of private residents and holiday lets. It is one mile north of the intersection of Hwy 192 and US 27, and about eight miles west of the Disney complex. It is also very conveniently located to Interstate 4 that leads either to Tampa or Orlando.
There is a Super Wal-Mart, which is open 24 hours a day, Winn Dixie Supermarket, Post Office, hairdressers, pizza shop (with home delivery) and many more just outside of the Villa residential complex.

The furnishing was perfect for every room.We really enjoy pool. The locations was perfect. Close to all major Disney attraction ,Walmart, gas station. We recommend staying here. Had problems with the entry code when we first arrived, but we were able to get a prompt response to our situation. My family enjoyed the place and wished we had stayed longer. I didn't care for the community but the convenience of all the stores made it ok. Would recommend it to all and I look forward to hopefully staying again on my next visit.
