We recently spent the month of feb at this villa We found it a great place to stay and close to shopping and the local Vacation sites The pool was one of our favorite places to be We recommend it for anyone going to Disney as good a home base

Wonderful place to stay! Clean and spacious, the pictures truly represent the property, we had everything we needed, the owners follow through promptly with reservations and other information. We were there for 5 days to take the grandchildren to Disney attractions. Its 15 minutes to all major attractions, shopping and a dozen or more eateries a few minutes away on Hwy 27. Its a quiet neighborhood and we felt safe and secure. Would gladly stay there again.

This was truly a vacation home. Everything was so neat and clean. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Great access to stores. The home was very relaxing. There was plenty of room. My family and I had a great time and we look foward to going back real soon.

We had a really great stay at the villa. We found the villa clean and quite spacious! The pool was a great relief for the kids and the convenience of a grocery store in close poximity proved favorable. The neighborhood was not the best of neighborhoods but the cleanliness, accomodations, and convenience of location far exceeded our expectations.

The house was lovely, comfortable and clean with all of the conveniences a family could want - including the heated pool. The owners were wonderful. They answered any questions right away and wanted us to have a great vacation. There were so many restaurants and attractions near by. It was the perfect home at a great location. We have already recommended this home to two of our family friends.

The home is clean and very comfortably fits 12 people. We used the game room often and the washer/dryer is also in excellent condition and a great feature. I believe all the rooms were equipped with TVs so that made it even more comfortable. We were able to also watch our DVDs of our trip that same night using the DVD player in the living room. I highly recommend the home.

We really enjoyed our stay at this villa. Eric was very helpful and easy to work with. The location of this villa is good and it's quiet and don't have the noises usually found in those resort properties. We really liked the fact that the Super WalMart is just outside of the community and it was so convenient to get what we needed. We all enjoyed the pool very much, and we'll definitely come back again next time!

We're a family from Venezuela and stayed in this house for 10 days in later July, and this was our first experience of renting villa. Right from beginning Penny and Eric gave us all the helps and we settled down without any problem. The house has everything we needed, it was very clean and nicely furnished, and it is very close to the shopping. The kids liked the pool very much, the whole family were really happy. We'll definitely come back again and would also recommend my friends to stay at this house if they come to disney world.

We stay for two weeks at this Villa, it is everything that is describe in pictures and information and more. We were a family of eight and had more than enough room, the accomodation from the bedrooms to dining and cooking where great, clean, massive furniture, the swimming pool was nice to have outside the patio doors, where the children were able to swim at their leisure and still be watched. There were no real issue that arose, but Eric and Penny contacted us to make sure everything was going well. They were MOST gracious in making sure our vacation went well. This was our first time in renting and was concern about doing so. But not anymore, especially with Eric. We own at Orange Lake Country Club (Timeshare) in Kissimmee, and I like this Villa better. Quiet, more room, we felt like we were in our own home ERIC, THANK YOU AGAIN Jim L. and family from Upper Michigan

Had problems with the entry code when we first arrived, but we were able to get a prompt response to our situation. My family enjoyed the place and wished we had stayed longer. I didn't care for the community but the convenience of all the stores made it ok. Would recommend it to all and I look forward to hopefully staying again on my next visit.
