This water front Cottage lies near the north end of the San Francisco Bay at the gateway to the wine country, where the Napa River flows into the Carquinez Straights.
The Cottage is reached via a boardwalk along the water's edge which meanders through a tiny community called "Sandy Beach".
It has an open floor plan with incredible light. You can hear the sound of the water splashing under the house and the sea birds singing in the distance. You are surrounded on three sides by sweeping views of the bay, Mount Tamalpais in Marin County, Mare Island, and the Carquinez Bridge. The Ferry to San Francisco passes by every 45 minutes.
There is a waterside deck with BBQ and comfy furniture to relax and take in the beautiful views.
If you love the water, nature, beautiful sunsets and the simple life and don't mind a 5 minute walk to your house, this is the place for you....it is in one word "Paradise".
