Off the family room is a small bar with seating for three and a built in wet-bar and wine cooler. The backyard of this home has a custom designed saltwater pool with four sheer waterfalls for a relaxing atmosphere as well as a spill-over spa , and professional desert landscaping.
There is an outdoor living area with custom seating and lighting, as well as a fire pit for cool desert evenings and a dining area for alfresco meals. The backyard is accessible through sliders off the master suite and guest suite 2, as well as sliders in the living room and family room.
