An absolutely amazing home for spending time with family and friends-

This spacious 4 bedroom/3.5 bath home has everything to offer its guests from tranquility to large scale indoor or outdoor entertaining. This home was custom designed with luxury and comfort in mind by a well-known interior designer and was featured in Palm Springs Life Magazine one year ago.

The guest quarters encompasses 1 master bedroom with travertine en suite bath with two vanities, a shower with dual body wash, and a Jacuzzi tub and a walk-in closet. The master bedroom has a TV and cal-king bed.

The south side of the home has two large guest suites, both with queen beds and TV, and en suite baths. The center of this home is a professional grade stainless steel kitchen- a six burner gas range with griddle; a subzero fridge; dual convection ovens; and microwave. The kitchen also features 14’ ceilings and granite countertops, and fully stocked with items for preparing a snack or a gourmet dinner.

The living room features custom seating and 16’ ceilings and a double sided fireplace, with oversize sliding doors with a view of the pool. The dining room features seating for six and a fireplace for intimate dining. Also off the kitchen is a utility room with a sink and washer/dryer.

The family room features a fireplace, and a custom sectional queen sleeper, and a 56 inch plasma TV and media system that is wired for sound throughout the home and pool area. Also off the family room is a built in BBQ for outdoor cooking.

Off the family room is a small bar with seating for three and a built in wet-bar and wine cooler. The backyard of this home has a custom designed saltwater pool with four sheer waterfalls for a relaxing atmosphere as well as a spill-over spa , and professional desert landscaping.

There is an outdoor living area with custom seating and lighting, as well as a fire pit for cool desert evenings and a dining area for alfresco meals. The backyard is accessible through sliders off the master suite and guest suite 2, as well as sliders in the living room and family room.

Guest suite 1 has a private door to the pool area. This home also has a powder room with granite vanity and Venetian plaster walls.
