We had a great time! The views were fantastic from the 22nd floor. Watched 4 stingrays look for breakfast in the morning. Amazing! I had never seen something like that before. Had everything we needed: super, comfy beds and nicely stocked kitchen {even had 2 pans that you could flip pancakes in!} Juanita was so nice and easy to work with! Would highly recommend!

My husband and I have been to this condo several times over the past few years and we love it!!! the pier is right next door so he can fish and not have to lay out with me, but far enought away you can enjoy the water and not be too close! Pier Park is right across the street with plenty of places to dine and shop, which I personally love!! the condo is very cozy and love it! highly recommend it:)

We loved our stay in this Calypso condo. The condo was in excellent condition and everything was clean and ready for us to enjoy. Pier Park was within walking distance which was an added bonus. We had plenty of room and really enjoyed the padded beach chairs that were included with our stay. The pool and tiki bar were also very nice. Thanks Juanita for such a great vacation at the beach! We would love to stay here again on our next trip to PCB!!

This was the first time we stayed at the Calypso and we loved it. It is walking distance to Peir Park and we love that. Hope to return next year. The condo was nice and clean with everything you need for your stay.

Our family had such a wonderful time staying here this year for our annual Panama City Beach Vacation. This is the fourth year that we have stayed at The Calypso and by far the easiest. The location fits our family needs in so many ways. Pier Park is within walking distance and so close to other attractions. The pictures ( even as wonderful as they appear) do not do this condo justice. The view from the 22 floor was amazing. The cleanliness of the condo was by far the cleanest we have ever stayed. The kitchen was stocked with anything you would need for those nights that you wanna have dinner in with a nice glass of wine. The beds including bunks ( our teens exceed 6 ft. in height) were super comfy. Working with Juanita was very easy, (our first conversation was almost an hour) and she communicated via email and very promptly. We are already working on booking both of Juanitas condos for our return trip in May for bike week. I highly recommend this condo and Juanita. You will not be disappointed. Make sure that you visit the BarefootBeach Clup on Friday nights from 5-9 for live music and good food. Pineapple Willies and Scampys are also great places for the best ribs ans steak ever. Cant wait to be back!!!!!!!

Great beach front condo. Clean and comfortable!!! We love the location and amenities..2 pools, beach chairs and Gulf views and sunsets from the balcony with access to everything you might need at Pier Park - in walking distance!!!! Everything you need for a great beach vacation!

We had a great Spring Break...so glad a friend recommended this condo, after driving around you can really get in the bad part if you did not know where to stay!! We were within walking distance to the pier for shopping and eating..everyone was great and the girls had so much fun. The beach was awsome and loved the chairs.....Thank you Juanita for all you did to make us feel at home. This was a trip to be remembered with my daughter and her friends for their Sr. Trip!!

Gorgeous condo, clean, bright, tastefully decorated and well equipped. Fine furnishings, comfy beds and amazing views of the ocean and sunsets from the 22nd floor balcony. Pier Park is located just steps away . This major commercial and entertainment development has become the focal point of PCB. We visited almost every day. Whether its fast food, restaurants, small specialty shops, department stores or the movies, there is something for everyone. High on the to do list could include fishing, sunbathing, enjoying the pool and beautiful beaches. As seniors, we enjoyed sightseeing, shopping and meandering in the Park, and just relaxing at our own pace. This venue is suitable for couples or families alike where you can be as busy or relaxed as you wish and I highly recommend it to anyone.. Juanita is great to deal with and we have re-booked for 2012.

This is my family's 2nd stay in Juanita's condo and it was just as nice as our first visit. Very clean unit, well kept and in close proximity to everything we wanted to do during our vacation. Our 11 year old enjoyed spending time at the pool, it never seemed overcrowded in the pool area. There's a nice little tiki bar on the premises for the grown ups and Pier Park is within a short walking distance. Looking forward to next years visit! TJS

We had a great time at The Calypso! Juanita was a pleasure to work with and made everything so so easy. Her condo is beautifully decorated with a great view of the gulf and the location is perfect! The kids could walk to Pier Park as often as they wanted, my husband could walk to the pier to do his daily fishing, and I had the complimentary beach chairs at my disposal! Something for everyone!

What a fabulous place for our family this Spring Break. Teenage girls on one end, mom and dad on the beach end :) Gorgeous, classy place in the best location. Perfect view/sound of the ocean. Now I'm afraid to share just how good because it'll be booked all the time! Great owner to work with, too :)

My family and I spent Thanksgiving down there this past November. The view was spectacular, the property was nice, pool was heated, the weather was perfect...we couldn't ask for better. Juanita is great to work with and takes pride in her guests. We will definitely stay in her condo unit again as we truly loved it. It is perfect for a family as each of my children got their own room....which they loved! Thanks for everything and I look forward to working with you all again!

I have searched endlessly all over the net for the best condo in Panama City Beach and was so happy to have found this one! You cannot beat the price, amenities, location and view this condo has to offer. And it has full beach service, yes the comfy chairs and umbrella everyday of your stay included!!! And the owner Juanita is a gem, she really goes the extra mile for her guests. Beds are super comfy and the view is amazing. Look no further, you have found paradise!

We stayed here last August and hope to stay again this April it is a beautiful condo with the best location on the beach, Pier Point Shops and resturants just accross the street you can park the car and walk to everything. Beautiful view from the 22nd floor and great sunsets.

I have been to PCB at least 30 times and this is by far the best, cleanest and most convenient condo that I have ever stayed in. It was exactly what we need and was definitely large enought for 4 adults, 2 teens and a baby. The condo was well decorated and very modern. The location was as close as you could get to Pier Park and Juanita was great to deal with. For those who are looking for three bedrooms and may be thrown off by the bunk room I would highly suggest not paying extra and going with the bunk room. The room had bunk beds with a tv and there was enought closet space throughout the condo for everyones needs. I would tell anyone who was interested in staying in this condo to do so without a doubt. I am very picky and do my homework before I go anywhere and you can not beat the price for this condo. It was amazing!!!

As you walk in the front door you know you have rented the perfect condo. It is clean, beautiful & very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need & the beds are extremely comfortable. Sitting on the balconey enjoying the waterside view is undescribable. Everything is very easy & convenient. There should be more condo owners like the one who owns this one. I wish I would have stayed longer & I hope to go back as soon as possible. It was everything I had hoped for.

We are sad to be back from vacation! It was truly a memorable week and you have a beautiful condo. The weather was sunny and 70's all week long. The Calypso is really one of the only condos that can boast walking distance to Pier Park Mall. That was a huge bonus as we didn't have to get the car out all week! We loved having the beach chairs saved for us every day! It was a great week. Thank you so much for allowing us to share your home. We will definitely remember this location again!

We stayed Feb. and March of 2010 in Juanita's condo and had a wonderful time. The condo is decorated very elegantly and makes you feel like its your home. The beds are super comfortable. The deck has bar height furniture and makes for a great spot to sunbath or just enjoy the awsume view of the beach and ocean. Pier Park is right across the street with its wonderful shops and resturants. We can't wait to come back and enjoy this great vacation spot!!!

This was just perfect for our family of 5. We rented cribs from Baby's Away in PCB. They delivered and took down for us. This condo felt like home, and it was so nice and well taken care of. We will be returning next year. I just need to go ahead and get my dates so we can book early.

We had the best time ever! The condo was perfect for our family. Clean and spacious. We ate most meals at "home". Which gave us plenty of time to enjoy the pool and beach. The patio was a delightful; morning sunrises with coffee and evening sunsets with a cocktail. We saw dophins everyday, This was our 2nd year at the Calypso and we will be back again next year! We LOVED our week in your condo! Everything was spectacular: from the comfortable beds, awesome location, breath-taking views, to the warm inviting decor. The teenagers loved walking to Pier Park alone every evening (no need to worry about them driving at night!) and the bunk beds were more comfortable than any they've been in. Hey Juanita! Thanks so much for a WONDERFUL week at the beach! Your condo is absolutely beautiful and the location was perfect for our group. With Pier Park right across the street, the teenagers were able to walk over there whenever they wanted to and we weren't having to drive around to find "entertainment"! :) The view from the 22nd floor was fabulous and I would love to come back again next year.

June 20 - June 27, 2009 We had a wonderful week at the Scull's condo. It was a pleasure dealing with Juanita during the booking process. The condo was clean, excellent location and the beds were so comfortable. I was not sure about staying on the 22nd floor (I had never stayed that high) but owe the views, the sunset was beautiful.
