Luxurious direct ocean view 2000 sq ft, 17th floor condo with a large 160 square foot private balcony with patio furniture in the nicest resort in Myrtle Beach. The Royal Palms is a brand new building featuring 9 ft ceilings, granite countertops, a sand bottom pool with cabanas and a huge tiki bar.

Guests have access to all the amenities of the attached 4 star Hilton Hotel including room service and concierge. There is high speed wireless internet access and a great floor plan. The building was completed in April 2007 and guests were welcomed in May 2007.

Kingston Plantation is a private 145 acre beautifully landscaped resort complete with walking paths and lakes. It features 14 pools, a half a mile of secluded beach & several restaurants and bars along with a 24 hour security entrance gate.

Kingston is minutes from all the action and hundreds of golf courses but it's tree lined streets and acres of freshwater natural lakes make it the best of both worlds. There is a 50,000 sq ft health and sports club complex complete with tennis courts and a huge workout facility with all modern equipment. The unit has been updated with keyless entry to ensure security and make it really easy for your and your family to come and go, simply touch in your exclusive code and enter!

Why the Owner Chose Royale Palms

We chose to purchase in Kingston Plantation because of the incredible amentities located on site from the beach side boardwalk, on site fitness center and Starbucks coffee all at a resort that is so close to the action but where quiet tree lined streets and freshwater lakes are around every corner. It's only 5 minutes from everything that Myrtle Beach has to offer but a million miles away from the hussle and bustle of the strip.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo

The Royal Palms is the perfect combinatiion of luxury and fun. The pool complex is amazing with a sand bottom pool,a full service snack bar and tiki bar and only steps from the beach. During the summer they have music playing and bungalows with comfy padded chase lounges and cool towels. It's attached to The Hilton by a walkway and you have access to all the amenities of this 4 star hotel including room service and restaurants. The unit has wireless internet and a terrific view of the beach and ocean.

We had a great time in New York City this year but we are still really looking forward to our annual week in Myrtle Beach at Kingston. The kids absolutely love The Royal Palms and having everything right there makes our time there really enjoyable.

    • We just returned yesterday from Myrtle Beach. This condo is clean, and very spacious for our family of 7. Large master bath. The wireless internet was unavailable, but we were able to plug in. The large gym with racquetball is a drive away and charges $10 per day. A Krogers and CVS are about 5 min by car which is very convienient. Miabi is a nice suggestion for Hibachi and is also about 5 mins away. The beach is beautiful and the pools are just outside the hotel. The kiddie water park is a bit of a walk from the unit. Overall it was a 9 out of 10. We would recommend renting this unit.

    • We spent Easter week at this resort and it fit our family perfectly. The location is convenient to many restaurants and attractions. The pools and the beach were immaculate. Starbucks coffee in the lobby was a plus. The condo itself provided ample room, it was clean and tastefully decorated. Can I book for next year?

    • IMMACULATE LUXURY! The condo was unbelievably large and could have easily accommodated more than our 7. It had everything needed and more! We overlooked the beach and the pools. The beds were more comfortable than our own! Everything was clean and the condo staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definetly stay again!
