MOUNTAIN HARBOR, Lake Ouachita's premier resort community, is nestled in the beautiful Ouachita Mountains amidst winding rivers, natural springs, tall pines, majestic mountains, spectacular 49,000 acre lake with panoramic views.
We take a lot of pride in our Luxury Condo at Beautiful Lake Ouachita. It is spacious and comfortable. We haven't over-furnished it to try to rent to more people.
Our condo is a large two bedroom with 1400 sq ft. It is one of the newest condos on the lake. When comparing our condo with others at Lake Ouachita, be sure to ask how old and the square footage. We also furnish two queen air beds. Our condo will sleep 8 people comfortably.
Two Bedroom, two Bath, Platinum Rated Condo - Entry leads to large Living Room and Dining Area overlooking tennis courts and forest just beyond large deck. Fireplace, 32" TV with DVD.
Dining Table seats six with forest view. Large kitchen has plenty of counter space, high quality GE appliances, fully furnished with dinnerware and cookware. Counter with two barstools.
Master bedroom suite has King Bed, TV/DVD. Master bath has double vanity, double closets with mirrored doors, whirlpool tub w/shower & glass enclosure. Guest suite with King Bed, TV/DVD. Guest Bath with tub w/shower. There is a full size wash & dryer in the Guest Bath laundry closet.
Enjoy the peaceful forest view from the wrap-around deck with patio table and chairs, gas bar-b-que grill.
The condo is within 50 yards of the cove. Anchor your boat in the cove and walk to condo.
If you need two condos, next door can be rented also.
