Your search has ended! Built in 2007 this unit in Ariel Dunes II has everything. All the upgrades you would expect, from granite countertops to flat screen TVs! The view from your cushioned chairs on the balcony from the 13th floor are amazing!
The unit will comfortably sleep 6. The bed is comfortable and your pillows don't smush into nothingness when you lay on them! There is a private half bath, as well as a full size bathroom. The washer/dryer are in the unit. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need.
Ariel Dunes II can't be beat for the location. Sit out on the balcony, enjoy your coffee with the beautiful gulf for your view. You are right there at the beaches beautiful white sand! Seascape has it's own private beach with rental chairs, jet-skiing, and parasailing available. You can walk 200 yards, or drive around the lake and park in the private Seascape parking lot (very convenient if you have a lot of kids stuff to carry). Silver Sands outlet mall is right across the street. The Village at Baytowne Wharf is a 2 mile drive, and the Destin Commons mall is also quick trip.
The 3 pools are amazing! Golf and Tennis are on-site.
If you don't feel like driving for your meals, order directly to your room from Cabana Cafe located downstairs in Ariel Dunes I, or walk across the bridge and enjoy a meal the Whale's Tale on the beach!

We loved Ariel Dunes the moment we walked in. The view is spectacular, and everything was so new. The granite countertops were beautiful. The pools are crystal clear. Everything is centrally located to us, so getting from place to place is so convenient!
