This wonderful vacation home is centrally located on a private street, secured by an ornate fence in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood. The house is five minutes from Siesta Key beach, and directly next to top golf & tennis facilities, fine dining, a major shopping mall, Publix super market with gourmet bakery. The house enjoys wonderful views of the lake, has a billiard/pool room, and a very open floor plan where the kitchen is situated directly between the living room & the dining room (all open).
Cleaning service & cooking service are available to the home, as is transportation service (as needed). The neighborhood is perfect for taking walks, or riding your bike. The house can comfortably accommodate large families.

This home has everything you would want and need for a great family vacation - great location, very clean, lots of room, and entertainment like a pool table and large TV when you just want to relax after a long day at the beach. The owners could not be any nicer. My family and I have stayed there 3 times and are looking forward to going again this year. Very highly recommended..Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

I have rented this house twice and I finally remembered to write a review. Veronica is so fantastic and the house is huge and super clean. Minutes to the beach, the mall, and downtown. Everything in the house works perfectly, great internet, coffee machine, kitchen ware, etc etc. I recommended this house to my brother and he stayed there last year with his family for a week and loved it also. I will be back visiting my parents who live in Gulf Gate East and every time I come I will rent this house. Thanks Veronica!!!! Fantastic!! A super place! Complete paradies, with sun, relaxation and adventure - something for everyone! Our family of 6 spent 1 month (wish it could have been longer!) in sunny Sarasota. Close to all amenities made it easy to do as much or as little as we liked. There's plenty to do in and around Sarasota, lovely retaurants and the beach was amazing! The house was much larger then we'd anticipated, very clean, newly and testefully decorated. The ideal place as a base or home while youre away. We'd love to go back for more exploring and relaxation! Wonderful!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.
