Morning Song Retreat - Super Mountain Views
Year Purchased: 2008
Why the Owner Chose Estes Park
Morning Song is a special place because it is 3 minutes to Rocky Mountain National Park, 6 min to downtown Estes Park and the YMCA of the Rockies. World class fly fishing on the Big Thompson river is only 5 minutes downhill.
Our gatherings with our friends have been filled with amusement and giddy times here partly because the house has several comfortable gathering areas.
We're thrilled that Estes Park has Thai, Indian and many other tasty restaurants..
The Unique Benefits at this House

We loved our stay at morning song. On our last night we sat on the deck enjoying the mountain views and had 3 coyotes in the yard howling at the moon.It was an awsome end to a wonderful week. The home is close to town, park and the YMCA, but still feels secluded. It was wonderful to have the crib for our grandson and the toys for our little ones.We would recommend Morning Song for families and couples who want a beautiful place to live for a week in the mountains!
Owner response:Thanks guys! It was great having you stay at Morning Song! There seems to always be wildlife in the yard, last year we had a herd of elk sleeping next to the downstairs bedroom windows!

We had a great stay at Morning Song. The house was clean and well appointed. The downstairs was perfect for our kids and there was plenty of room for us to spread out. The house is located in a great spot with lovely views. We even had elk in yard one evening! The owner was friendly and easy to work with, especially given our last minute reservation! We would definately stay again when we come back to Estes Park.
Owner response:It was a pleasure having you. Please come again!

My wife and I shared a week together along with three adult children, their spouses, and four small grandchildren. Morning Spmg was the perfect combination of accessibility, features, diversity of living areas, and great comfort and cleanliness. We were able to prepare for a wedding at YMCA, hike, share the deck and fire pit, and share lots of laughter, great cooking, and deep fellowship. We had a great time and plan to make this a recurring event.
Owner response:The max number of people at Morning Song should be 8.

We loved our stay at Morning Song. We had 4 adult couples and the house worked well for us. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck and watching the chipmunks, ground squirrels, birds and elk in the yard. The house located both close to RMNP and close to town with all its shops while still being in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our week rafting, taking a jeep tour, driving through the park, hiking, riding, fishing, golfing, shopping and eating. Whew, I am tired! The owners were very helpful in providing tips on activities. I look forward to my next trip to Estes Park

Morning Song is a beautiful and spacious home. We were provided with everything we needed and had a wonderful white Christmas! Carmen and her husband were very helpful setting up our stay and during our stay. The view of the mountains across the valley was beautiful. We hope to be able to stay at Morning Song the next time we are in Estes Park.

Morning Song was such a wonderful place for a family retreat. Three generations were able to enjoy several days of games, hikes and meals together near the RMNP. Carmen was wonderful to work with and the home was well stocked with everything needed for a "home-away-from-home" experience. Thank you!

We so enjoyed our stay at Morning Song Family Retreat. The house was great, lots of room to spread out and relax. We were close to downtown Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. Our girls had lots of fun running around the yard trying to catch some of the wildlife. We will definitely stay here again!

Welcome to our new home. We stay here most of the summer. This is our first year with "Morning Song" as the house is named. Please enjoy your stay. Estes Park and this neighborhood in particular are friendly, easy-going places. Almost all of the furniture is brand new, and sure is comfortable. Try out the Tempurpedic mattress in the sage green bedroom downstairs! Please let us know what you did in Estes Park when you visited and what you enjoyed most about your stay. Best wishes, Carmen, steward of Morning Song
