The property was well-appointed, well-maintained, and had all of the comforts of home. We stayed with two other couples, and there was more than enough room - even when it came time to shower up and get ready for the next part of the day/evening! The master bath was especially comfortable and we also enjoyed having great appliances in the unit while we were there. The patio area was great to have as well. Even though the weather wasn't consistently great, it was wonderful to have access to the pool on the days that were sunny. Franklin was GREAT! We loved the older part of downtown and could have shopped and eaten there for days! We loved how close the unit was to downtown Franklin, as well as to the highway - we were in town for a wedding in Spring Hill which included some events in Nashville - the location was perfect!

This was a nice place to stay and very clean. We had 7 people with plenty of room. It was a little far from Nashville and the spots we wanted to tour, but overall very convenient to grocery stores and touring in the quaint town of Franklin. It was a little strange not having any contact with the owner the whole time we were there, but maybe I forgot to give her my cell phone number. We did not have any problems or a need to contact her. We loved the easy access code in getting in and locking up the front door. (We have had problems with that in the past at other VRBO's.) The kids loved the pool and basketball area! Overall, a very nice experience! Thank you.

We traveled to the Nashville area for a wedding and family reunion. Two families stayed in the Condo. It was more than we expected. The price was reasonable and the neighborhood was quiet. We will book this property again when we return to Nashville for our next family gathering.

Basketball in Franklin

My family of 6 ( adults) traveled to Nashville for March Madness Basketball. Great decision to stay here. It was a short drive to downtown Nashville ( approximately 15-20 minutes) with easy highway access. We all loved the comfortable and fully equiped condo. We utilized the pool every day. A nice surprise was the historic town of Franklin which was only a few minutes from the condo. This is beautiful setting with unique shops and restaurants. I would definately stay here again if returning to the Nashville area.

We enjoyed our stay in Franklin very much. There's lots to see and do. The downtown area and shops were very attractive and the restaurants were good. We really enjoyed touring all the Civil War era homes and battle sites and learning about the Battle of Franklin. We did not walk to downtown; it was too far away but there was lots of free parking so no problem. The pictures of the condo were accurate. It was clean and comfortable. We loved the keypad entry--very convenient. We suggest the owner provide more detailed instructions for operation of the TV, which requires using two remotes, and for the programmed heating system.

Recommended for:Age 55+, sightseeing.

Fabulous fall vacation

My wife and I along with 2 other couples stayed for one week in October, 2011. Everything in the home was beautiful and well appointed, and we started the fireplace one night while watching football game on big screen TV. As stated there are a multitude of activities in the area and the area is also rich in American history. We wish we had stayed a few more days.

Wow! What an incredible week for me and my family. From the moment we walked through the front door it felt like we were home. The pictures and listing on the website were true to what we found- a beautifully decorated, well maintained home with ample room for 6 adults and a 2 year old boy. Everything we needed was available to us. While our initial plan was to spend all our time in Nashville, we quickly fell in love with Franklin and spent most of our time there. Everywhere we went everyone was so helpful and we loved the historic downtown. You have to stop by Puckett's Grocery- the best BLT sandwich I've every had and the BBQ is also very good. What else can I say?!? It was a wonderful destination for vacation, a fantastic home to stay in and Stephanie could not have been more courteous and helpful. We look forward to returning.

Just spent 5 days in the Nashville area and this condo was a great place to stay. It is every bit as nice and clean as the pictures show & the other reviewers state. After spending most days out sightseeing, it felt like we were coming back to our own private vacation home. Lots of shopping & dining very near by and not to far from downtown Nashville.

Very happy about selecting this property for a family gathering. Since weather was not perfect it was great that we had the option of using indoor pool. Liked the condo furnishings and floor plan. The kitchen and all the dishware were in good order. Would like to return in the future to explore the historical surroundings.

Our stay was perfect! The ages in our family range from 1 year - 61 years old, and the condo was perfect for everyone. This home is exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated and is located in a very quiet area. The pool was a big hit with the kids, and the other home owners we met were very friendly and helpful with shopping and restaurant suggestions. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting the Franklin/Nashville area.

My husband and I just spent two weeks at Stephanie's perfect condo. For starters it was squeeky clean and beautifully furnished. The kitchen has expansive beautiful granite counters and top of the line cabinets. It was fully equipped to prepare any dinner. It was such a pleasure to be there at Christmas because Stephanie had every room decorated to match her decor including a beautiful Christmas tree. The property was very quiet and easy to access. The community is in a super location to get to all of the restaurants and shopping. We would highly recommend this property to any family member or friend . They may not want to leave. Stephanie was more then accomodating in all respects. She made sure that we were pleased throughout our stay.

This is a very nicely appointed 3 bedroom apartment that looks just like it's pictures on the VRBO website. Very clean and modern with comfortable beds and furniture. Close to Franklin and the Cool Springs area so lots of shopping, restaurants, and history. Less than a minute to I65 so easy access to Nashville downtown and the Grande Old Oprey. The weather was perfect and we had a very enjoyable weekend. Highly recommended

We had a wonderful time on our girls trip to the Nashville area and it was especially nice to relax in this beautiful condo each evening. A real "Home Away From Home". Gorgeous accomodations made us wish we booked an extra night or 2. We made a point to dine in 2 nights just so that we could enjoy our wonderful accomodations. We loved this state of the art rental. From the decor to the first class ammenities, it was simply OUTSTANDING!!! I highly recommend this rental. It was a breeze to get to Nashville. We went to the Ryman and it was easy to get on the interstate and in no time we were there. The access to the Pool/Gym was really nice. VERY CLEAN!!! Downtown Franklin is just down the road and it is very quaint and well kept. The eateries and boutiques are must see. Krogers is just right down the road. All in all a great location!!! Stephanie was a joy to work with and we thank her for letting us stay in her beautiful place!

Great condo in a great location

Just returned from a 6 night stay (April 8-13,2010) in Stephanie's lovely Franklin condo. Our group of 4 adults had plenty of room and we found the unit and it's furnishings to be clean and exactly as advertised. The location is convenient to everything the area has to offer: walk to grocery and local restaurants, minutes to historic downtown Franklin, and I65 for a short 25 minute drive to downtown Nashville, the Opry etc. Be sure to stroll through the old town of Franklin and browse the great shops and boutiques. If you're at all into Civil War history be sure to take the tour of nearby Carnton Plantation (the story of the Battle of Franklin is somewhat gruesome so perhaps not appropriate for very young children). For beautiful scenery take a drive on a stretch of the Natchez Trace Trail. If you're into listening to great music in a somewhat 'rustic' setting, we highly recommend a trip to the hamlet of Leipers Fork about 15 mins. southwest of Franklin where you can dine and be entertained at Puckett's Grocery (usually Thurs-Sat. evenings). It is a truly enjoyable and unique experience.You can even take the Natchez Trace Trail south from Franklin to Leipers. I would definitely return to stay at these accommodations for a future Nashville visit.We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay and the Nashville area is one of our very favorite places

I love this home. It was so comfortable and the beds were very cozy. We enjoyed the big 60" TV and the covered patio. The community was great. We had fun in the pool & hot tub. Great location too, close to the major roads.
