Newly updated with brand new furnishings, appliances, etc. Located on Captiva Drive on the bayside and walking distance to the beach, this private home offers everything for the large family. Amenities include 7 flat screen TV's, 7 DVD Players, upscale kitchen with warming tray and six stove burner, gas BBQ grill, washer/dryer, high-speed wireless Internet access and boat dockage on the bay. Can accommodate up to 14 people
The main living level offers a gourmet kitchen, dining room with seating for 10, sitting area with leather furniture, living area with leather furniture, flat screen TV and DVD Player. Open patio and screened in porch with views of the bay. Between living area and bedroom is a half bathroom. Main level master suite offers King bed with flat screen TV and DVD Player, large master suite with jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, walk-in closet and dual vanities. There are also sliders that lead out to open patio with bay views.
Lower level offers a total of five bedrooms. Far right bedrooms offer King bed, TV, DVD Player and closet. Next bedroom offers Double/Twin, Double/Twin, TV and armoires for clothes. Connected to this room is a bedroom with King bed, TV, DVD Player and full bathroom (no closet in this room). Across the hall is another full bathroom with shower only. At the end of the hall is the laundry room with full size washer/dryer. On the other side of the home are two bedrooms. First bedroom offers Double/Twin, Double/Twin, TV, DVD Player and full bathroom with shower only. Far back bedroom is another master suite with King bed, TV, DVD Player and full bathroom with jacuzzi tub and separate shower.
All together this house can accommodate up to 14 people. Located on a large estate, the pool is located in the center and is shared with the two bedroom guest cottage (which can also be rented to accommodate up to 20 people) Please email me for availability and pricing.
We will also allow weddings at this property as it offers enough parking for 100 guests. Surrounded by lush vegetation, this is the perfect backdrop to get married! There is an additional fee to hold the wedding/reception at the property.
Beach access is located off of Captiva Drive and is about a five minute walk from the home.
