Beautiful contemporary waterfront home on the shores of Lake Winnisquam. When you open the front door you will be amazed at how open and spacious, yet warm and inviting our home is. You will enter into a large living room with cathedral ceilings, exposed beams, hardwood floors and lots of oversized windows that lets the natural sunlight in. The main floor is open concept, from the living room it flows into the kitchen and dinning area which makes it great for family gatherings and entertaining. The kitchen also features a breakfast bar complete with stools for that quick snack or less formal meal for the kids. There is a large deck off of the dining room that is complete with patio furniture, a grilling area, as well as stairs directly to the yard and swimming area.
The main floor also features two bedrooms and the bathroom. One bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, dresser and cable TV. The second bedroom contains two twin beds and a dresser. The bathroom features tile floors and an oversized jetted tub/shower combination.
On the lower level is the large master bedroom that features a queen size bed, dresser, cable TV and a bank of windows that faces the lake. Also on the lower level is a bonus/kids playroom that has a queen sleep sofa, cable TV, DVD/VHS player, Nintendo Game Station, various toys and a walk-out slider to the yard and swim area.
The yard features a sandy walk-out swim area, boat dock, swim raft and a hammock for those lazy summer afternoons.
The Lakes Region of NH isn't just for summer vacations, there is so much to see and do all year long. We are close to the White Mountains and all the ski resorts, snow mobile trails are all around us, fishing, boating, Annual Laconia Rally & Races (aka "Bike Week")are held near by, NH International Speedway is only a short drive. Schwarzwalder At Lake Winnisquam... boats splash by slowly kids yell with joy waves whoosh in-out At Lake Winnisquam... loons chirp in their sanctuary minnows swish away birds sing in the distance At Lake Winnisquam... my feet are in the water at the end of the dock watching the sun set.
