Stayed here for Spring Break with my family and found this home location is near Disneyland and worked really well for us. The home is in good condition and we would stay here again as this home was a great value for us.

My family of 3 and my friend Family of 4 has stayed in this property last week. It was very nice, great LOCATION, close to Disney and convenient to stores. It was very roomy and the house was in excellent condition, clean and we felt safe cause it was in a gated community. I recommend this place to anyone who will be going to Disneyland or staying in Anaheim area. The price is also great. We are very please with our stay and it was great to work with Bill Lee & James Ng. Thank you guys, will be definitely be staying here again when we come back to the area.

We stayed for 1.5 months and the home was perfectly comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed although the trash cans were tiny and constantly needed emptying, which is a minor issue for most but for a long stay was a bit of an annoyance. Great location, close to everything and freeway. Quiet neighborhood too. Internet was slow but functional. Overall, would highly recommend to others.

My wife, my in-laws, and my mother all stayed here from October 12 - 15 and absolutely loved it! Communication with the owner was great, and we could not ask for more from the house. It is in a nice safe neighborhood, and even the neighbors were friendly, we travel to Disneyland alot and plan on staying here again!

We stayed at this rental property from July 13-20, 2011 and loved it. Not only the price is right but it is also well maintained, clean and the layout of the house is just perfect for our family. The location is great too. 5-10 Minutes to Costco, Shopping and Disney Land. At first I was hesitant because it is very close to the highway but I can now say that being close to the highway actually worked to my advantage. We rented a car and everywhere we go the GPS would take us to the highway for a closer commute to say the following location; Santa Monica, LA, Laguna Beach, San Diego, even to Disney Land, Shopping Center and much more. We were happy with our stay here. We’ll definitely come back!

Our stay in this very clean, cozy and quite location was absolutely PERFECT! it was less than 10 minutes to Disneyland. The beds were so comfortable and the house was equipped with everything we needed and more. We will definitely stay here again and will recommend it to other friends and family who plan to travel to Anaheim!! Thank you Bill for working with us and making our stay a memorable one!

My family rented this property March, 2011. The location was absolutely perfect for our Disneyland vacation. We felt secure with the gated entrance and the location was very close to Disneyland. We had planned on taking a cab to the rental house, however at the last minute we got a rental car. I would not suggest using the local transportation of a taxi cab as it would be cumbersome. You really need a rental car at this property. The home was very comfortable. The three bedrooms are spacious with nice furnishings in two of the bedrooms. The beds seem to all be pretty good. We did not use the kitchen facilities for cooking, however it did seem complete if you plan to do that. My only complaint that I have spoke to management about is a little more attention to detail with the cleaning. The trim work was very dirty throughout the house and the walls were a bit beat up - I am a perfectionist and this drove me a little crazy. I am hoping that they give the walls a new coat of paint and clean all the woodwork - the house would look fabulous! No complaints other than that and I would recommend this home to others. Very cute little community of house - small but feels secure.

We had a great experience. The house was set-up perfectly for our family. I was there for business and my family was very comfortable in the house. The only downside was that there was no wireless Internet access. I had to use the computer that was hooked up to the t.v. Other than that it was great!!

My family of six rented this house last week, for our visit to Disneyland and Huntington Beach. The Good. The house is close to Disneyland, Downtown Anaheim, and provides easy access to beach sites. The Bad. The listing didn't really mention that the entire first floor is tile...slippery tile. Not small kid friendly at all. Fireworks??? Um...No. Don't choose this house if you think you'll have viewing of the Disneyland fireworks...you might see the very tip of a firework in the far distance. Close to Disneyland yes, but it's still 5 or 6 miles away. The owners ad also mentions a lovely patio, it is designed nicely, unfortunately it backs up to a trailer park / mobile homes. The home is also about 300 yards from the interstate, so there is the gentle buzz of traffic. One of the three bedrooms is essentially a mattress on the floor, it's very old and hard. The Ugly. Our experience was worsened the our first night at the rental. We came home from our first day at the beach to find the kitchen counter, walls, and all the dry groceries covered with ants and maggots. I have pictures. There were thousands, everywhere. My wife and I spent a couple of hours cleaning / killing for the owner. The next morning they were all back, everywhere in the kitchen. This time we called the owner, who stopped by while we were away at Disneyland. I think he used Raid or something, there were no bugs that night...but the next morning??? Yes they were back. Needless to say we essentially all stayed in our rooms, upstairs, at night, away from the kitchen. We ate out every meal as we weren't interested in eating in a kitchen infested with bugs or a kitchen coated with bug killer. We ended up losing a lot of our groceries, the manager reimbursed us for 40% of our grocery bill. I thought he might have been more understanding, but it is what it is... This was the first time our family has ever rented a vacation property.
Owner response:Those customer in their own trouble, because they are not place their foods in the refrigerator. That why it is attractive the ants to come into the house. Cause us the problem to maintain the house. Also we were all taking care to cleaning up . We are not upset them by refund 40% for their foods. But they do not understood that we are not charging them for damage our property.

This house was fantastic! We had a wonderful stay here, and everything we needed was provided. The property and neighborhood are in excellent condition and we had easy access to all of the great sites -- Laguna Beach, Disneyland, you name it! We will definitely visit this location again. Thank you for making our vacation such a memorable and fun one!

Our family of 5 adults and 4 kids had a great time renting this very cozy single family home just in few miles of disney land. It was just like staying in your own house.. was so comfortable with all amenities.

We Stayed for four days at this awesome home. It was beautifully decorated yet very comfortable. Each room was exceptional. The drive to Disneyland was about 5 minutes and no freeways or traffic. We watched the Disneyland fireworks from the house. Everything we could possibly need was provided. The design of the home is well planned. It gives the feeling of being open, yet, if you want privacy you have it as well. A wonderful experience. We use VRBO about 4-5 times a year. We have never been disappointed. This home is wonderful.
