This home is located off of Sanibel-Captiva Drive near Blind Pass Beach and offers screened in pool, full kitchen, washer and dryer, Three TV's, DVD Players, gas BBQ Grill, wet bar and high-speed wireless internet access. Located within just a short five minute walk to the beach.
This is a stilted home with the living area located on one level. The master bedroom offers King bed, TV, DVD Player and sliders leading out to screened in porch. Master bathroom offers separate shower, soaking tub, walk-in closet and double vanities.
The living area offers upscale furnishings. Separate den offers seating area with flat panel, wall mounted TV and DVD Player.
The fully equipped kitchen offers ample countertop space for cooking and extra cabinet space for storage. Small four top table is located in the breakfast nook.
Other side of the home offers two additional bedrooms and full bathroom. Bedroom one offers double bed and bedroom two offers two twin beds. The full bathroom offers a separate tub and shower.
This is a 28 night minimum rental due to City of Sanibel regulations. Discounts may be given for multiple month rentals.
