  My family and friends stayed at Villa La Estancia in beachfront three bedrooms fourth floor Villa 1401 for a week. What a beautiful place and unobstructed views to Lands End. We have never experienced listening to the waves all day and staying so close to the beach in our lives. Medano is a beautiful beach, many water activities, the resort have beautful infinity pools with swim up bar and amazing spa. Just a quick taxi ride to town or shopping. We used the taxi service many times and never had to wait and always felt safe and the taxi drivers so friendly and love to share information about the area. Owner's Manager Vladimir was profesional and so very helpful to us. We always felt very, very safe and never worried about anything. The resorst staff is so helpful and pleasant at all times. Before we planned our trip we worked directly with the owner to help us understand the area and the services because we had never done this type of a trip. I had many, many questions. The owner was so helpul and offer us the best villa in the resort at a very reasonable price. Everything was very smooth. We will be back to Cabo soon and will make sure we stay again in this same Villa. We may not need three bedrooms next time but the owner rent this unit as a one or two bedrooms as well. So we can count on a great villa, the best location and have a wonderful time again in Cabo. Thank you for a trip of a life time.

  We have been to Cabo many, many. Since we found La Estancia several years ago, we never go anywhere else in Cabo. Whenever possible, we stay in one of these end units on the beach. The resort is spectacular and these beachfront units are simply the icing on the cake. You can hear the waves crashing on the shore 24/7. These units are absolutely the best.

  Villa la estancia! Villa 1401a&b is the most magnificent place we have ever stayed at. Everything from the lobby to the balcony with the most magnificent view of the rock formations and lands end is unbelievable. We were treated like royalty. Our concierge Vladimir was so special, he was here for us for what ever we needed. From grocery shopping and stocking the villa with all of our needs, making dinner reservations, taking us to the golf coarses, and recommendations to some fun restaurants. This villa has got to have the best view, ocean front 4th floor. It is spacious, decorated so beautifully, and so very clean. Maid service every day was so awesome. This is by far the most beautiful place we have been to, no need to go to Hawaii now, a must see. Came with friends that were not sure about mexico, but they too say these are the best accomadations they have experienced in their lifetime. We have traveled to many places between the six of us, and we all agree omg!!! Thank you to the owner for sharing his home with us. We will all be back and will spread the word on this paradise

  My family and I spent last week at Ocean Beach Front fourth floor Villa. The unit was wonderful, and everything you said it would be. Thank you for the margarita party. We also used your man to cater a small dinner for us on Friday nite. He did an exceptional job. All in all a great week with great accommodations. Thank you very much,

  We just arrived home and can't wait to go back. This resort is incredible! The staff is extremely kind and eager to please. The grounds are very well cared for as was unit itself. There is plenty to keep the entire family busy. We especially loved the pool and swim up bar as well as the Cabo Adventure zip line tour. Loved It*****************
