Our beautiful patio home is located in the prestigious gated community at Omni Tucson National Golf Resort. The living room, dining area and patio overlook the natural desert landscape of the Canada Del Oro with a spectacular panoramic view of the Catalina Mountains. The patio is private, peaceful and very quiet. It is furnished with a table seating 6 and both a fire pit and outdoor heater to make evenings cozy. Additional lounge chairs are stored in the garage.
Featuring skylights and vaulted ceilings, our home is one of the most recently built townhomes at Omni Tucson National and is a light, airy, and very comfortable. The dining room table can be expanded to seat 10, and the breakfast bar has stools for four.
The master bedroom has a walk-in closet, computer desk and printer as well as cable TV; the en suite bath features a double sink vanity and large walk-in shower and skylight. The guest bath has a shower/tub and skylight. Both bedrooms have queen beds.
A golf cart is available for you to use around the resort property, which still leaves room in the garage for your vehicle.
Well behaved pets are welcome in our home.
A shared pool and hot tub, as well as access to a walking trail, are just steps from this home. The Omni Resort Restaurants and amenities are within easy walking distance.
The property is located 30 minutes from the airport and 15 miles from downtown, and is close to many fine restaurants, galleries, museums, and shopping.

Year Purchased: 2003
About the owner: We are from Wyoming, which we love, and winter part of the year in Tucson which we love! Our granddaughters live in Arizona---such a bonus.
Why the Owner Chose Omni Tucson National Golf Resort & Spa:
We bought this property from friends who are also Wyomingites who were moving to a larger home. Since then nearly a dozen other couples have purchased homes in the area so we have lots of community and friendship to enjoy.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome:
Our home in Tucson lets us spend lots more time with family. Rick uses it as a base for fishing and bird hunting, and of course the golf is unbeatable. The Resort has great dining as well, great shopping is nearby, and the desert around us is just beautiful.
