  My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was beautiful, spacious, and clean, and extremely convenient to the Disney parks, as well as the interstate and shopping. We were able to get into the parks very quickly in the mornings! And the house was the perfect size for the large group of us, which included 6 adults and 5 kids. This was our second stay in this house because we just love it. I would definitely recommend this property to friends.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, people with disabilities, families with young children.

  We stayed at the Minnie Mouse House from 3/31/13 until 4/6/2013. The owner states that there is an xbox with games in the house. The xbox has been removed from the house. The controlers do not work on the play station. There is no secured wifi network. It is open. The air hockey table is broken and the puck is missing. The pool table is not level. The master bathroom down stairs smells of urine becuase someone went to the bathrooom on the floor and it soaked into the grout and wasnt cleaned up. We contacted the owner about these concerns by text and email and nothing was done about it. We are very unhappy and disappointed with the whole experience and would not recommend this property to any of our friends

  Thank you for posting an accurate listing, being easy to contact and coordinate, and having a very clean and convenient house! My family had a great time. We were visiting Disney for three days and the house was extremely convenient to the 192/World Drive entrance that was not crowded in the morning, about 20 minutes to the Magic Kingdom parking lot, and nearby plenty of grocery and other shopping. The house had a great layout, internet, nice common area, and too many bedrooms and bathrooms to make use of. A huge family, or two families, could easily stay here. Best regards, Pete

  Minnie's Rental is close to the Disney Parks and also to grocery stores, mail services, great restaurants, etc... We comfortably fit up to 12 people during the course of a 14 day stay and had a great time! All the rooms were clean and homey, with plenty of blankets and pillows. The neighborhood was great for walking with the kids. I was relieved to find the patio door has an alarm to sound because we had a 2 yr old and a 5 yr old who both loved the pool. There is also a separate pool fence for additional security, which I was grateful for. The covered patio in the rear was perfect for the two rainy days we experienced during our stay. The house is big enough that several of us could work for a few hours without being disturbed by the kids. The owner is very nice and answered any questions we had. Our entire group agreed we would love to stay at Minnie's Rental again in the future.

Cancellation policy:

The property is furnished and includes washer, dryer,microwave,stove,refridgerator,pots,pans,silverware, tvs,towels and linens. 2. Rental Party: The rental party shall consist of Guest and the following persons which total _13 people 3. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests is limited to 13 persons. An additional charge of $100 per person per night for guests in addition to the above 13 will be assessed. 4. Term of the Lease: The lease begins at 4p.m. on (the “Check-in Date”) and ends at 10 a.m. on (the “Checkout Date”). 6. Rental Rules: Guest agrees to abide by the Rental Rules attached as Exhibit A at all times while at the property and shall cause all members of the rental party and anyone else Guest permits on the property to abide by the following rules at all times while at the property. 7. Access: Guest shall allow Homeowner access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Homeowner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner.. 8. Rental Rate and Fees a. Deposit: A deposit of $0 is due at least __60 days prior to the Check-In Date. The deposit is for security and shall be refunded within __30 days of the Checkout Date provided no deductions are made due to: i. damage to the property or furnishings; ii. dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning; or spills on carpet iii. any other cost incurred by Homeowner due to Guest’s stay. If the premises appear dirty or damaged upon Check-in, Guest shall inform Homeowner immediately. 9. Cancellation Policy: If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the deposit will be refunded as follows: 100% if cancelled 60 days prior to the Check-in Date 0% if cancelled _59 days or less days prior to the Check-in Date 10.
