This gorgeous 3-bedroom, 2-bath Marco Island home is within walking distance (less than a half mile) of Tigertail Beach! This house was updated and eloquently furnished in Fall 2008 and includes a completely SECLUDED AND HEATED POOL under lanai with lots of privacy. This luxury home is located on a serene, quiet street, so walking or biking to the beach is a snap!
The home is completely furnished including 600 thread count sheets, a fully equipped kitchen, and a brand new gas grill. The master bedroom has a stunning King-size designer bed and its own private bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, a large standup shower, and dual his and hers sinks. Sliding glass doors in the master open to the heated pool for private late night dips. A flat panel TV also graces the Master. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed, flat panel TV and shares the second full bathroom (with shower/tub combo) with the third bedroom and its twin beds (and flat panel TV as well). Two additional sofas in the common areas can also be used as additional sleeping spaces if desired.
The spacious common area includes a 42 inch plasma TV with DVD player in the living room. A bright and cheerful sun room off of the kitchen overlooks the pool area and offers a wonderful place to relax at the start or end of the day. A second couch adorns this area and sliding glass doors open to the heated pool. There is another TV in the entertainment center in this room as well. The open, airy kitchen offers plenty of space for entertaining and serving a crowd. Ceiling fans in all rooms are a nice touch after a sunny day at the beach! Enjoy wireless internet throughout the house. The laundry features full-size washer and dryer and a second full-size refrigerator for extra cold storage. Hurricane shutters and a full-house generator with 14-second auto start add security to your vacation in the event of a weather emergency.
Please compare this rental with the others out there! You will not find a more eloquently furnished home in this area for this price! For the price of a hotel, you can have all the amenities of a well-appointed and spacious luxury home. We repainted the house inside and out, put in new tile and cabinetry, and completely re-furnished this house in 2008 with luxury appointments. The beaches on Marco Island are unbeatable anywhere in Florida. Additionally, we love the feel of Marco Island and how laid back the people are here. All together, Marco is a great place to just ease back and relax.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We chose this house in particular due to its proximity to Tigertail Beach and for its pool. The house is within walking distance to Tigertail Beach, which is one of the most beautiful relaxing beaches we have ever been to. Additionally, the house is on a quiet street and is convenient to shopping, restaurants, grocery, etc. The pool of this house is unique because the backyard is private and secluded... very rare in this area.
There are equipment rentals and a snack bar at the beach. The Colonial-Spinnaker-Hernando-Kendall loop also makes a convenient circle to run.

My wife and I have been married for 16 years and have three boys, ages 10, 9, and 3. We try to come to Marco as often as possible, but are glad that you can enjoy our house when we can't make it. The boys love collecting shells on the beach, and Marco has the best shells of anywhere we have been. We have made many memories here in the short time we have owned this house, and hope that you will too!

This house is absolutely fabulous, my family and I loved our stay here. We only stayed for a week but wished we had booked it for two weeks. The house was spotlessly clean, we have never rented a house as clean and as well kept as this is. We especially loved the totally private pool (no one over looking). The house was like a home from home it had everything you needed and more. Marco Island is so clean, we found numerous good restaurants on the island and the beaches were the cleanest we had ever been on. Our boys loved Tiger Tail beach, the short cut which involves walking through a lagoon was fun, they have not stopped talking about Marco Island since we returned home. We will return to Marco Island next summer and will be contacting Shawn again to rent this beautiful home. Shawn and James were very helpful, 10 out of 10. Thank you.

The owners here have thought of everything! The only thing we ran out of during our week was time! The area is great with lots to do and awesome culture! There just was not enough time in a week to take it all in. But we will return!! The house is very adequate and comfortable. By the end of the first day I felt like I was at home. It was just me and my husband, so we did not utilize the whole house. But the master suite, den and kitchen were great. My husband fell in love with the oversided chairs in the den and has me searching for one for our home! The master bed was divine! I have never slept so well on vacation! The master bath is very nice with its large tub and walk in glass shower- the only problem was trying to decide which one you wanted to get in! We also spent much time out on the lanai- although we had several rainy cooler days that made the pool too cool to enjoy, and we didn't want to bother anyone about heating a pool in July, but we made use of those times by grilling on the nice grill and venturing to the Naples area. We enjoyed our daily walks to Tigertail Beach- we tried walking both ways to the beach and found that turning left from the house was the shortest fastest route. Of course you could rent a house closer to the beach but we enjoyed the scenic walks and I got some great pictures along the way each day. I also want to add that communication with the owners and management of the property was superb! Thanks to Shawn and Mandy and James for a Excellent Vacation!!

This home is so inviting, it's roomy and simply beautiful. When we first walked into the home, I just could not believe how lovely and homey it was yet it's so elegant and upscale. I could live here for a lifetime. We will certainly be back! The beach was SO CLOSE and all the surroundings were easy to get to. Don't hesitate on booking a week here. We had the best stay ever! This rental process was very smooth and the people (owners/managers) were very ease to do business with. Rental paperwork was received quickly over email and communication was never delayed. My wife and I arrived at the home and had nothing but smiles on our faces to see how nice the outside of the home was. Our smiles only got bigger as we walked inside. The home's appearance started off our vacation in the right way. The rest of our family got to the home after we did and they were in shock. They could not believe that I found such a great house to rent online. My family members that were staying elsewhere were a bit jealous that we had a beautiful place to relax. Everything that was described on the rental website was exact. The inside and outside were clean. The beds, couches, and chairs were extremely comfortable. It was large enough for our family to dine together. The screen around the pool kept the bugs out. All of the appliances were working great. This was our second vacation in Marco Island but first time renting a house. We hope to stay in this home again on our next vacation to Marco.

The house was wonderful. It felt like home. I didn't want to leave. I have told everyone who is looking for some place to go about the Morris's house and the nice beach. I look forward to going again.
