This secluded house is a 2,300 square foot detached home situated on a half acre bordering the national forest. Over 5,000 acres of National Forest land out out the back door. Stand alone home – no noisy neighbors!
Fabulous views of Peak 6,7 & 8 are available from most windows. Indoor spa with large hot tub. Back deck with gas grill plus covered porch by front door. Three large bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom.
Sleeping arrangements are as follows: The main floor has the master bedroom with a queen size bed and bathroom. Upstairs, there are two large bedrooms; one with a queen log bed and single log bed and another with two sets of bunk beds. Bedrooms are fully furnished with dressers, desks. Two bedrooms have TVs with DVD. Each upstairs bedroom has its own bathroom. Twin size air mattress and crib also available.
Living room has a HDTV, DVD player Wii, and lots of games and movies available for your enjoyment. Second TV with DVD and VCR in master.
Located just three miles from the base of Peak 7 and 8. Also 3 miles from free parking serviced by the shuttle to the Gondola or Peak 9.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
After using VRBO for years, we decided to take the plunge and buy our own place. Although we rent the home when we are not planning to use it, this is decidedly not a rental property. Its our home away from home, so the look and feel is much more welcoming than a high volume condo. We live in Denver and visit as often as we can, but when we are not there we hope you will enjoy all the amenities that Breckenridge and this home have to offer.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Our favorite features are the view, the hot tub, location and the wood burning fireplace. The beauty of this home is that it is close to everything, but you feel like you are getting away from it all!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Owners were easy to work with. Easy drive to town and slopes, yet in a beautiful setting away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Breck. Highly recommend.
Recommended for:Age 55+, adventure seekers, sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.
