Awesome beachfront condo (3000 sqft), high-end finishes, 3 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms: 2 bedrooms each with King-size beds and each with private bathrooms. Perfect for large family gatherings or multi-family vacationing.
One bedroom with 2 twin-size beds each with a trundle underneath that raises to the same height as other twin beds (could sleep 4). Queen-size sofa-bed (very comfortable)area at one end of condo with it's own full bath and closet, which can be closed off for privacy with sliding wood panel wall.
TV room has sofa and ottoman that configures to king size sleep area. Kitchen is high-end with large island (seats 4), fully equipped, dining table seats 10, plus outdoor table (6). Weber Gas BBQ grill. We have a large family and love to cook!
High-end furnishings chosen specifically for comfort and style; NOT decorated for a rental property. Sofas are slip-covered for easy care. Children are welcome. Mattresses were imported (Select Comfort), Down-filled pillows. You will feel like you are in your dream home at the beach. (See photos)
Our beach is considered the best in the bay because there is no undertow and no rocks, which is why kite surfers and boogie boarders love it. You can walk out 100 yards and the water is only up to your waist. You can also take long walks on the beach.
We have a private beach area and heated pool. It's not a large overcrowded complex. It will feel private and relaxing. Very well-kept, new in the last 3 years, 24-hour security guards.
Located 15 minutes north of the Puerto Vallarta airport, 25 minutes from downtown. Nuevo Vallarta has 3 golf courses (4 other golf courses in the area), shopping, restaurants, swimming w/dolphin adventure.
Vallarta has numerous activities; beach and water sports, award-winning restaurants, nightlife, culture, fabulous shopping. Great family vacation choice. Very safe and friendly, super easy to navigate in English.

Hi Gigi Just back to Alberta from Nuevo. Had a great two weeks there. Weather was good - lots of heavy rain at night but that cooled things down and very hot and sunny during the day. The two weeks went very quickly. The condo was great. Very organized with everything we needed. Aidee provided valuable info for us on arrival and checked in occasionally to make sure everything was fine. Jackie and Lette were also very good and kept the condo spotless - even with eight of us there. Again, great trip and a very nice condo. We will recommend it to friends travelling to Mexico in future. Thanks again Jim and Sue

I love your place. We've been coming to Vallarta since 1987 and enjoyed our time-share for many years, but nothing compares to this. Ever since we started staying here, we knew we'd never go back to the time-share. I love being able to be here with my children and grand children and everyone has enough room. We sit together watching the sunsets, which I can never get enough of---they're so incredible. I love going into the ocean--how marvelous to be able to walk out so far and not have an undertow, and the heated pool is the best. The girls love to boogie board and play in the sand. One of their favorite things is to go to the turtle sanctuary and set them free at sunset. What great memories we all have of that. We make so many meals here---your kitchen design is great and you've supplied such high quality cookware, dishes, etc...it's fun for everyone to talk and prepare it all around the large island. Of course, we love to go into Vallarta. One of our traditonal meals is breakfast at Hacienda San Angel. The girls love walking around the flea market too. We've recently explored Bucerias and think it's cute---Mark'sGrill is a must.

We had a fabulous week, thank you so much for sharing your condo with us. The view is incredible. We enjoyed watching the sunsets and the incredible colors every evening. For the next people who come, we loved our dinners downtown Vallarta at Daquari Dick's and River Cafe and at Andoto's on the beach in Bucerias. Brad's favorite is Yo Yo Mo's a sports bar in Bucerias that serves great pizza. Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did!

We loved being able to have 2 families here; there are 11 of us. It was so comfortable. We had a wonderful time. We would definately recommend the Outdoor Adventure to others---what a blast! You have a beautiful place! Let us know if the Christmas weeks are available.

We loved the condo--everything about it--the decoration and the attention to details. There are not words to explain what a great time we had and how much we appreciated staying here. It was wonderful to be able to get our family together and have everyone in the same condo. It made such a difference. We would love to come back agian next year and we are going to recommend it 100% to our friends. The 2 women you have working for you who came everyday are fabulous! Everyone there, including the security guards and pool maintenance, etc were all so kind. Thanks a million!
