At Jade East Towers. You know how some resorts here in Destin are these big sprawling places where you have to walk forever to get to your condo? That’s not Emerald Towers. This resort is like a boutique. It’s small, kind of intimate. Friendly. And secure. It’s gated. And the only way you get in here is if you’re staying here. How’s that for secure?!? You’re kind of secluded, but you’re not. Because of the location you’re in the middle of everything. So getting to any one of Destin’s attractions pretty easy. But, let’s talk about why you’re here. The beach. This is the absolute best! Everyone here says it’s one of the least crowded spots in Destin. That’s because there’s lots of beach but not a lot of condos. Simple math. Fewer people equals more beach. And it’s a really nice beach with great beach service. Once you’re here you’ll see what makes this place special. It’s quiet, intimate. You just wander out past the pool and your lounge and umbrella are waiting for you.
When you’re “beached out” (like that’ll happen), there’s lots of other fun located right around this resort. Shopping, restaurants, miniature golf, even Starbucks if you’re looking for your latte fix. Destin has it all and Jade East Towers is in the middle of it. And if you’re looking for a great dining experience, there’s a Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse a couple of blocks away. That means you’ve got the best of the best. Best resort. Best location.
Here’s the scoop on the condo.
Man, this place is something else! Check out the photographs of the décor. It’s a tropical paradise. And while you’re at it click on the link further down and get Sonny Mann’s slide show! This place is really lavish! You know you’re at the beach. But it’s like you’re in the Caribbean! But you’re not. As you can see by the view. You’ve got sugar white sand beaches and emerald water. Look at the photos and see what kind of views you get from the living room! Man, what a spot! And you can even see the beach from the kitchen. How about that!?!
The LIVING ROOM sofa is big and comfortable. It’s a queen sleeper too! The entertainment center, which has a big TV, looks like a 27”. And it’s got a bunch of cable channels. I checked. Free HBO, don’t forget. The DVD player lets you play movies when you’re beached out. Or, surf the net with the high speed connection. But, I gotta tell you, the views are gonna make all that pretty tough. You’re eyes will wander to the beach every time. You’ll like the balcony, too. It’s really comfortable. And the views, You can even see it from the kitchen!!!
Check out the MASTER BEDROOM. Huge king size bed with a beautiful headboard. Look at the wall colors. What a great space. Soothing. And the bed’s really comfortable. I laid down on it to see how it felt. Almost went to sleep. Really makes a statement. It’s really spacious. There’s another pretty big TV, same cable package. The Master Bath has a full glass walk in shower and a really large tub to soak the day away, if you’re done on the beach.
The SECOND BEDROOM is really cool. It’s got two queens! And a TV when you just want to zone out for a while at the end of the day.
The THIRD BEDROOM also has a queen! And a TV there too!
The KITCHEN’s a beauty with granite counter tops. It’s open and has everything that you need, so no matter whether you’re cooking your specialty or just fixing grilled cheese sandwiches you’ve got everything you need to please the family. There’s a big kitchen bar with four bar chairs so you can grab a quick bit before you hit the beach.
The DINING AREA has a big table, really comfortable so everyone’s got a seat at the table. No kid’s table here.
The LAUNDRY area’s located to make keeping everyone in clean clothes a breeze.
These bedrooms and the pull out sleeper sofa in the living room making sleeping room for 10 with 3 complete full baths.
Hey, this condo is a big beautiful place at the beach. And it’s priced right too. You can’t go wrong at Jade East! It’s got everything you want in a beach condo and it’s going to book up quick for the summer.
