Ideally located between Bonifacio and Porto-Vecchio (14 km from each city), the villa is situated in the small village of Suartone which overlooks the Rondinara bay. The villa is at 3 km of this wild beach completely surrounded by the maquis, selected in 2008 as the first French beach and the third European beach. Mooring for boats are available at the Rondinara beach.
The house is new (2008), built on a contemporary style with all comfort, spacious ( 200 m² habitable), on the same level and with sea view, a wonderful Sardinia view and an enclosed ground of 1800 m².
There is a very vast open space that includes the living room with a fireplace and TV area, the dining room and an open kitchen fully equipped. Wide plate glass windows open on a teak terrace of 100 m² that offer you nice swimming-pool and sea views.
On the terrace, an outside dinig area with a barbecue is also waiting for you to enjoy your meals in front of the swimming-pool and the sea.
The overflowing swimming-pool is beautiful ( 5x10m and 2.5m deep) with sea view and with a teak terrace and pool deck for sun bathing.
The three bedrooms are air-conditioned :
- The parental bedroom, with a 160 cm bed, a huge dressing-room and a bathroom with two basins, a shower, a bath and WC, opens by a wide plate glass window on a teak terrace with swimming-pool and sea views.
- The second bedroom which has a 140 cm bed, a dressing-room and a shower-room (shower and one basin) also opens on the teak terrace with swimming-pool and sea views.
- The third bedroom, with two 90 cm beds ( that can be gathered together), a dressing-room and a shower-room (shower and one basin), is situed on the garden side.
There is also another separate WC and a separate laundry room (near the kitchen) with a washing machine and an additional fridge.
Perfectly located between sea and mountains ( only at 20 km), it makes it ideal for exploring the most beautiful areas of southern Corsica :
* Bonifacio, the citadel, its lanes and its amazing cliffs, the caves'boat tour, the marina, yachting resort and restaurants, the landing stage to Sardinia (at only 50 minutes), Lavezzi and Cavallo islands.
The famous Sperone golf which overlooks the sea, with Sardinia, Lavezzi and Cavallo islands views.
* Porto-Vecchio, the salt town, its beautiful beaches (Santa Giulia, Palombaggia, Cala Rossa et St Cyprien), its shops, restaurants and selling resort well known as a Mecca for night life.
