Stonecrest is a beautiful over 55 community, situated approx one mile north on the 27 from Spanish Springs.Our Home is a 3 bedroom, 2 Bathroom,master en-suite with twin wash basins, Tub, walk in Shower, walk in Closet and doored Toilet. The other two Bedrooms have Bathroom with wash basin, Toilet and walk in Shower. The remainder of the Home consists of Lounge, Kitchen/Dining, Laundry, Garage and Screened ceramic tiled Lanai.
The Home is situated on a very large plot and looks out on to fields at the rear, making it an extremely pleasant and peaceful place to be.
There is a Four Seat Gas Golf Cart at the house which enables access to Wal-Mart, Bealls, Lowes and the whole of the Villages with their Shops and Restaurants.

We stayed in this home January thru March of 2010. The home is well furnished with everything needed including the kitchen and bathrooms. The furnishings are very nice and the location is perfect. We enjoyed the golf cart for evening rides to the Villages and shopping. Stonecrest is a beautiful adult community with a great resturaunt, nice championship golf course, gym, library and plenty of activities to keep us busy. We found the people of Stonecrest to be very friendly.

We stayed at this beautiful home during the winter months of 2009. The home is well-kept, comfortable, and clean with all the amenities you'd want. We enjoyed a great view of the farmland and cows in the back and the peace and quiet. The neighbors were wonderful and the stores close-by. This is a great home and community. The owners were kind, courteous and fair. They included a golf cart for our use during our stay which we greatly enjoyed. We would definitely recommend a stay at this home and have no regrets about our visit there. The Hubers.
