This family friendly condo is located on the top floor of Timberfalls. The 1,800 square foot condo is right on Gore Creek providing great views and relaxing sounds. There is plenty space for all that extra gear including two covered decks and a large entry way. The multi-level condo is conveniently designed to fit most families needs.
The first floor contains an open living area accompanied by a large kitchen and dining area, along with a bedroom and full bath. The second floor is considered your sleeping area as there is a loft with a day bed, and two more bedrooms and full baths (one of which is a master bedroom). The master bedroom contains an electric fireplace and TV, along with access to a private roof top deck. The roof top deck is a perfect place to enjoy the afternoon sun and a beverage of your choice.
This quiet East Vail condo is DIRECTLY on the bus route. A 10 minute FREE bus ride or 5 minute drive will take you straight to Vail Village. For those who are interested in cross country skiing and/or snowshoeing the Vail Golf Course is also on the bus route. During the summer months an outdoor pool and tennis courts are open to all Timberfalls guests, however, in the winter months the Racquet Club (a 3 minute walk from the condo) is used by many to fulfill their fitness and swimming needs.
A 50% deposit is needed to confirm reservations and the remaining portion is due two weeks prior to your arrival date. A security deposit, is required to assure that no damage is done. This deposit will be promptly returned within a week's time of your departure.

I am so overdue with this review! The owners were fantastic, easy to reach, very helpful. The condo is beautiful & the pictures do not do it justice! Awesome for a family with teen's, right on the bus stop & beautiful views. If you wanted to own a condo in vail and feel like your at home, THIS is the PLACE!! We plan on staying there again! TEresa
