There is no better location for your stay in Big Sky and Moonlight Basin than this ski-in/ski-out Cowboy Cabin ON THE SLOPES. You will literally put your skis on at the door of this amazing 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom luxury cabin which is truly ski-in/ski-out to BOTH Big Sky AND Moonlight Basin. The cabin sits on the Powder River ski trail.
Relax in your private outdoor hot tub as you watch skiers ski past you in envy as you take in the MOST BEAUTIFUL vistas in all of Big Sky. With views of Lone Peak, the Gallatin Valley, Andesite Mountain, and the Spanish Peaks, you will experience the feeling of staying "on top of the world".
This private cabin on the slopes has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds. There is a sleeper sofa in the family room with a gas fireplace and 42" flatscreen, HDTV. Drive right up to your door, as there is parking for up to 2 vehicles just outside your cabin.
Ski down approximately 300 feet to the luxurious Moonlight Lodge, which contains The Timbers fine dining restaurant, a deli, a great après ski bar, wireless internet, a clothing/ski shop, an ice skating pond, an indoor/outdoor heated pool and hot tub, a workout facility, and a full service spa.
Summer is the icing on the cake. Yellowstone National Park is Only 45 minutes away. The drive to West Yellowstone is amazing! Also, just outside the cabin door you can spot deer, moose, elk, black bears and lots of other wildlife. The Gallatin River, which runs through Big Sky, offers some of the best blue-ribbon fly-fishing and whitewater rafting in North America.
