From the moment we walked into this condo we knew we made the right choice. Condo was exactly as advertised. The rental process was smooth and flawless. The staff at Treasure Island were extremely courteous and helpful. Shirley was such a delight and answered questions promptly. The kitchen was stocked with great cookware. The condo was clean and well-maintained. The beach for the condo is extremely private and not crowded. Loved the location of Treasure Island, it is so close to great restaurants like Schooners Capt. Anderson's and the Boatyard. I would recommend the following restaurants: Schooners - great seafood extremely close and reasonable prices, Captain Anderson's - great food, but be prepared to wait if you don't get there early and Firefly-awesome food-we got there early, so we got the early bird special 5-6pm (3-course meal for $24.85 each). Thanks Shirley for a wonderful place to stay. We didn't want to leave! We will definitely want to come back!

We loved the condo and balcony! Great view of some of the most beautiful sunsets we have ever seen. The condo was very well maintained, and it is beautifully decorated. The well stocked kitchen made meal planning easy for the family. Both bedrooms had comfortable king-sized beds which made it nice for those of us who are used to larger beds. We had a great vacation and this condo is the best unit we have stayed in. Condo is well located. We enjoyed a great lunch at Schooners, dinner at Captain Anderson’s and had a fun time at Margaritaville at Pier Park. The beach is white sand, with beautiful clear green water, and palm trees....cool. We will definitely come back again. We will recommend your property to others.

We had a pretty much "fabulous" week at Treasure Island. The room itself was good and large, the view from the balcony was great, the weather all week was excellent. Any complaints I have are mild (bunk bed in a closed-door closet was odd but my two youngest both kind of liked it, I had to thaw a completely clogged ice dispenser when we arrived, there was no wi-fi internet available, and we had to go purchase quite a few small household items such as soap, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper, spatula, paper towels). I guess my biggest complaint involved pets. Treasure Island was very pet-friendly, true, but taking the dog to the bathroom was a little scary due to road / traffic proximity and skinny and very small space for an animal to "go" in the yard. Also, the $100 per pet fee was a bit stiff. If I were an owner, I would be inclined to charge that fee that IF the renter had a poorly behaved animal and didn't leave the room exactly as they entered it (rather than charging it up front automatically). But I can also see where finding someone to actually do a before / after check of the room and carpet would cost money as well. That's why I didn't rate it 5 Stars, because otherwise, the facility was just wonderful. I would recommend it to anyone who asked about it. Matt Luckett

We were an extended family of six staying together for a special weekend celebration, and fell in love with the place the moment we walked in. A breathtaking view from a spacious balcony, everything we needed in the roomy kitchen, lovely decor, comfy beds...the owners were great to work with. We enjoyed the food at a casual restaurant nearby on Thomas Drive, Hammerhead Fred's, and a truly authentic German experience at the Hofbrauhaus, a 15 minute drive away at Pier Park. Would highly recommend this property--we will definitely be back!

My husband and two teenage daughters just got back from a five-day stay at this condo. The view is absolutley beautiful!!! The condo is very, very clean and has everything you need. We saw stingrays and dolphins from the balcony and the location is ideal, only one mile from Shell Island. The owner is very nice and was great to work with.
