Full front porch with rockers. Quiet upscale neighborhood, residents are in bed by 9, so its a peaceful place to stay. Home has 4100 sq. ft. All Living Areas are on top level, master with private bath, and 3other bedrooms on first floor. Wireless internet is on the island. Mature Adults (non partiers only). Not looking to rent to small children or smokers.
