Amazing luxury 5 bedroom timber built 2400 sq ft chateau, sitting on a fully manicured half acre lot with pristine mountain views, in the heart of the Windermere Valley. Walk across the street to 36 holes of top notch golfing at the Copper Point Golf and Country Club. 5 min to Windermere Lake, and a 15 min drive to Panorama Ski Resort, Fairmont Ski Hill & Hot Springs, or Radium Hot Springs.
Great for family get-togethers, sleeps up to 15 comfortably, playhouse, horse shoes, and awesome fire pit in back yard. 2 big screen TV/DVD, pool/ping pong table, free wireless/long distance calls, WII game console...this place has it all. Close to restaurants and shopping, right off the 95/93 highway, easy access. Prices based on 4 couples and 4 children, extra fees for added adults, and for long weekends. Not part of a private beach club. There is one king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, a queen and two single bunk beds in the 4th bedroom, a double bed (futon) and single bed in the 5th bedroom, a pull out sofa in the lower living room, and a queen blow-up mattress if needed. We prefer on-line email money transfers for payment, and we also accept "PAYPAL" (2.9% fee, credit cards accepted).
